缓解紧张情绪的方法

Everyone may feel worried before they give a show to others. Many people feel this way. Famous dancers and speakers will also be worried before they start.

Why do people feel worried? People feel worried because they are afraid of making mistakes(错误). Some people say, "Being worried helps me do better." But others say they can't do their best with this feeling. This is a big problem. That's because people will lose confidence.

Before your show, you should take a deep breath. Don't think that things will go wrong. Just stay calm(冷静的) and think about good things. Try to think people will smile at you. And you'll feel good after you finish your show. And remember, people won't know your mistakes.

做自己的"情绪管理员"

"I feel a little‘emo'."Do you often hear people say this? When someone says this, he or she has big feelings. Usually, they are bad ones, such as anger, worry, or sadness. What should you do?

First, think of happy things in your life. Let good feelings defeat（打败） the bad ones. Second, you should look at the good side of things in life. For example, getting a low score helps you find your problems, and next time you can do better. Third, talk to others about your worries. Let your parents and friends help you.

When we walk on the road in China, we must be careful. We must obey the traffic rules :

①Drive, ride or walk on the right side of the road.

②When the light is red, we must stop.

③When the light is yellow, we must wait.

④When the light is green, we can cross.

Do you know Eskimos(爱斯基摩人)? Let me tell you something about their  1 . The Eskimos live near the North Pole(北极). There are only two seasons there: winter and summer. There are no spring  2 autumn there. The winter nights are long. You can't  3 the sun for more than two months, even at noon. The summer days are long. For more than two months, the sun never  4 and there is no night.

The classrooms in the future will ( 将) be big.

Students can adjust(调整)the height(高度)of desks and chairs in the classroom. And there will be some buttons(按钮)on the walls of the classroom. If you push the green button, the floor will be cleaned. The desks and chairs will be cleaned if you push the blue button. The windows will be cleaned if you push the red button. And the blackboard will be cleaned if you push the yellow button.

In the future, there will be many robots( 机器人). And there will be one in the classroom. The robot helps the teacher to teach students, and it can play with the students. So cool!

Making friends is becoming easier on the Internet. We call these friends e-friends. They may live in different cities and countries.Many websites (网站) help you talk with people from all over the world.We can join some groups and share our daily life. Also,e-friends tell interesting stories and traditions (习俗) in their cities and countries. So we can learn about different cultures as. well. Having e-friends can be fun. But there are some disadvantages (缺点) too. Remember not everyone online is honest. We should be careful and not tell e-friends about our address (地址) or phone numbers.
