Dear Diary, This year, I've set some resolutions to make the most out of my time. * Get fit and active: I decide to follow a healthier lifestyle by eating more fruit and vegetables and working out regularly. * Break free from screens: I will start limiting ( 限制) social media and having one tech- free day a week to keep in touch with the real world. * Develop a new hobby: Time to step out of my comfort zone! Whether it's writing, painting or learning a musical instrument, I want to discover a new creative activity. * Be more positive (积极乐观): I want to be more positive from now on. It might be a good idea to end the day by writing down three things I'm thankful for. * Improve time management(管理): I want to be clearer how I spend my time. I' ll make achievable plans, prioritize (确定优先顺序) tasks and learn to say no when needed. | Dear Diary, Let's check how well I've done with my resolutions. * Get fit and active: Not doing great here. Exercise started strong, but it has become irregular. Healthy eating is no easy task. I need to push myself harder. * Break free from screens: Surprisingly successful! I' ve cut down on mindless scrolling(刷手机), and the tech- free day has become a refreshing activity. * Develop a new hobby: Halfway there. I picked up the guitar, and I'm in love with it. Though I'm still a beginner, the learning process is exciting. * Be more positive:Mixed results. Some days, it's a joy to look back on the positive things, but there are moments when I forget. Need to set a fixed time for that each day. * Improve time management: This one is a win! I've been using a planner to organize my days. It has helped me a lot in balancing school, hobbies and relaxation. There's still room for improvement and I believe I will see better results! |
