Do you want to become an astronaut? If you want to be one of the few people to experience the thrill of lift-of (发射) and see the Earth from the space and float (漂浮) in a spacecraft (航天器), and then how do you go about it?

First, you must really want to become an astronaut as it takes many years of study and work before you even begin your astronaut training. Most astronauts begin when they are between 27 and 37.

Second, you need to be clever enough to attend a university to study engineering, medicine or one of sciences. Many astronauts also learn to be pilots (航天员) in their country's air force (空军).

Third, astronauts come from many different countries, so they need to speak English. Then they can all talk to one another.

Fourth, you must be healthy as astronaut training can be very tiring.

Lastly, on a spacecraft, astronauts live and work in very small space, so you need to get on well with people.

There is a competition for photographers (摄影师) of wildlife in the Natural History Museum in London every year. This year, the competition had about 50,000 photos.These photos come from different parts of the world. They take us underwater, deep into the woods, and high above cities. All of them show different kinds of life on earth.

In the end, the great prize went to Laurent Ballesta. The French photographer won the prize for his photo of a horseshoe crab. In the photo, the horseshoe crab looks for food in the sea. Three little fish follow it closely. They may hope to eat what the horseshoe crab misses.

Horseshoe crabs are known as "living fossils (化石)". They have lived for at least 445 million years and stayed almost unchanged. They're now in great danger, however. What happened to them? In the 1960s, scientists found something surprising. The blue blood of horseshoe crabs can be used for scientific study. As a result, hundreds of thousands of them are caught each year.

For a long time, Ballesta took photos of horseshoe crabs in the sea. His winning photo took the judges (评委) by surprise. "To see a horseshoe crab so alive and well, in such a beautiful way, was fantastic," said one of them.

 You might think that saying hello to neighbors is only about social well- being, but that actually isn't the case. In fact, regular(经常的) greetings also improve a person's physical well- being and community well-being.      ▲      You will be more likely to speak to people if you think your community is safe. Your physical well- being can improve if you are getting out and walking around your neighborhood.

 While this is just a survey for now, saying hello on a regular basis is a good way to improve your own well- being.
