Are you under stress? Well, it is believed that everyone feels stress sometimes. You feel stress when you have a lot of work to do and do not have enough time. You can also feel stress when you have problems that are difficult to deal with. Sometimes, a little stress can be good. But usually, stress is bad.

Too much stress can cause health problems. Stress can make it hard to sleep well. Some people under too much stress even can't sleep all night. It can also make it difficult to finish school work. If you have a health problem, stress can make it worse.

____ You can talk to your parents or a friend about your feelings. Tell them what makes you feel stress. Talking about stress can help you face it bravely and understand it. How can you take away the problem that is making you feel stress? Sometimes, writing down the problem and writing ways to take it away can help.

Exercise is also a good way to help with stress. Different exercises, like playing sports or walking, can help you feel better. Make sure that you are taking care of yourself. Getting enough sleep, eating the right kinds of food, and having time to sit are also important.

If you feel that you have too much stress, tell other people and get some help to get away from it.

 Every one of us has a chance to try new things. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} The risk is that we will not be satisfied with our choice.

For example, we may try a food we have never had before. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} It can be too sour, too salty or too spicy. We may try a new style of music and get a headache. We may try a new sport like skating and end up falling down a lot. We may see a different kind of art and be completely disappointed.We may try to speak or write a different language and end up embarrassing ourselves.

It sounds risky to us. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} For example, we can try a new food. And we fall in love with it finally. It can be sweet or tastes very good. We may try a new sport and fall down but we get back up and finally experience pleasure, even for a minute. We may see why people love that sport so much.

If we try a new kind of music, we may regret we didn't find it sooner. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} We can try to write or speak a different language, and we may be a little embarrassed at first, but we know that the only way to improve is to make mistakes and keep on trying.
