Summer is almost here. It's a great time to go out and play. But take care. The weather gets hot, too much sun is unhealthy. How can you stay healthy this summer?Follow these tips.

Drink water.Hot weather makes you sweat(出汗). Your body needs more water to keep you cool and stay healthy. Drink lots of it, even when you are not thirsty.

Pick the right clothes. Make sure they are white color or light color and a little big.

Wear sunscreen. The sun's rays are stronger than you think.Sunscreen can stop some of those rays. Look for SPF30 or higher.

Listen to lifeguards. Lifeguards work at beaches and pools.They help us stay safe in the water.

No.5 Middle School asked the students to make a survey(调查). The question was" What is your dream job?" There were 200 students taking part in the survey. Here are the results.

 My name is Nora. I live with my parents and my sister. My sister is 6 and I am 13. My mom's name is Helen and my dad's name is Nick. We have a small milk farm. I have a pet(宠物) horse and a pet cat. Their names are Spirit and Firulais.

I get up at 6:00 a. m. and have breakfast at 6:30 a. m. After that, I go to school. I am at school from 7:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. In the afternoon, I play ping- pong and do my homework(家庭作业) with my friends. After dinner, I go for a walk in the park with my mother. I don't watch TV. I go to bed at 10:00 p. m.

 On weekends(周末), my family goes out to play. I don't like going out, but it is great to go out and play with my family because it helps us understand each other(互相理解). This is me!

①There are 56 ethnic(民族的)groups in China. Different ethnic groups have their own special cultures. Let's enjoy some of them. 

②The Bai people use a very old way，tie-dye(扎染), to dye clothes. Tie-dye has a history of nearly 1500 years. During the Tang and Song dynasties, people chose tie-dyed clothes as gifts. 

③The Mongolian people live in the Mongolian yurts(蒙古包). These yurts are large round tents and their tops look like umbrellas. They are the traditional homes of the Mongolian people. The yurts are usually white because they're made of sheep's wool. And white is a symbol of happiness. 

④The Zhuang people like singing even more than talking. On the third day of the third Chinese lunar(阴历的) month, they hold a big singing festival. It is thrilling and wonderful. Men and women singers sing in pairs. The winners are the "king"and "queen"of singing. 

⑤The Miao people have a special festival, Manghao Festival. It's in the first Chinese lunar month every year. The Miao people regard Manghao as a hero who helped to protect their homes. At the festival, young men dress up like Manghao and touch others to send good wishes. 

Beijing's Central Axis(中轴线) has begun a new chapter as it is now part of the UNESCO World Heritage List(联合国世界遗产名录), marking China's 56th site. The Central Axis is a centuries-old example of Chinese city planning and architecture(建筑)

Running 7.8 kilometers north to south through the heart of Beijing. the new World Heritage Site is made up of 15 buildings. At the northern end of the axis are the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. It then goes south through many places of interest including the Forbidden City and the Tiananmen Square, ending at the Yongdingmen Gate.

Building of the Central Axis began in the 13th century and was completed in the 16th century. It has been improved continuously for many centuries and still has influence on Beijing's city development to this day Between 2020 and 2023, an action plan for protection of the axis was put into practice. Various efforts include repair, research, improvement of the environment, and activities of the public.

The World Heritage officials stated that the Central Axis in Beijing meets the World Heritage List Requirements No 3 and No 4: It shows special values of a culture and is a great example of a building, design, or landscape(景观)that keeps important moments in human history. Ernesto Ottone, one of UNESCO's directors. said that Beijing's urban planning draws inspiration from Confucian thoughts and values This style of city planning can be dated back to Kaogongji from the Confucian classic Rites of Zhou(《周礼》)that was written more than 2.000 years ago.

China will continue making efforts to protect heritage buildings. encourage public participation, and wisely guide tourism development. A community with a shared future for mankind is developing along the Central Axis.
