江苏省宿迁市沭阳如东实验学校2024年中考二模英语试题
It is normal to feel a bit nervous about exams, especially if you're under pressure from school or family. Exam stress can cause you to feel nervous or depressed, and this might influence your sleeping or eating habits. Here are some things you can do.
Open up to others
Firstly, let your trusted friends and family know if you're having a hard time. They can be there to support you, encourage you and offer good advice. Keeping it all to yourself will only make things worse, so don't be afraid to open up.
Learn to get help
Secondly, think about all the practical support you need, and be honest with yourself about it. You are allowed to ask for help. Tell your teachers about your worries. They may have talked to lots of students who are going through similar things. so they can give you some helpful advice.
One more thing you can do is to be proud of yourself. Think about all the things you have achieved so far. It can be helpful to write lots of things you like about yourself, and the things other people value about you, too.
Do breathing exercise
Deep breath can help relax us in both mind and body. We can breathe deeply through our nose, then blow slowly through our mouth.
If you follow the things above, I'm sure you will never be worried about exams.

Hi, Oliver,
How are you? I'm writing to share some good learning habits with you. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}
Study the same knowledge in many places.
You may have a regular place to study - - - a quiet room or a corner of the school library. But scientists say it helps you remember if you study the same thing in two different places. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} See if you remember what you have learned better than you read the same thing twice in the classroom.
Don't just learn one skills at a time.
Have you ever seen players training? They usually do speed and skill training together. Our brain works like that too. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} For example, if you are studying English, you may want to study vocabulary, grammar and reading all at the same time.
Space out your studying.
Most of you may have the experience of studying for a long time the night before a test. That may get you a good grade in an exam. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Scientists have found that spacing out is your ability to remember things. You can study for an hour tonight, an hour on the weekend, another hour a week from. now. Then you won't need to stay up all night for a test.
Hope you can develop good learning habits.
Helen.
A Here is some advice from experts. B. You can read Chinese textbooks in the classroom or in the school garden. C. And you will remember the things forever. D. But you will soon forget the things you have learned. E. It is better to learn different skills than just one at a time. |
