My family is from Berlin.We moved to Boston because my father went to teach in a middle school in Boston.

They thought that their parents would be happy if they chose the jobs. When I was a young boy, my parents told me I could do what I liked. I usually laughed and thought this was a bit silly. However, I really thanked them for their advice and help with my learning. At the age of 18, I got the excellent advice from several teachers. They told me how important it was to have a dream. Then I volunteered（自愿）to work at a summer camp in Guangzhou. There I learned that making dreams come true is the biggest test in my life. All these experiences made me want to work as a teacher. I am looking for more ways to tell my students to keep their dreams alive. According to my favorite book, The Four Disciplines of Execution, there are four steps to reach what you want to do. Pay attention to your"important goals", develop steps to reach them, try to make progress（进步）and finally check your progress. |
