Many people are busy working every day. They do not have much time to do exercise very often. As a result (结果), many people become too1 or too thin. So to keep our bodies healthy, we have to do exercise every day. There are many kinds of exercise. Stretching exercise (伸展运动) can2 our bodies be healthy easily. And before we play ball games or swim, it is 3 for us to do stretching exercise first. This kind of exercise is sometimes called warm-up (热身) exercise.4 is also good exercise. But if we cannot run quickly, we can jog (Jogging means running not very quickly). Again, before we run or jog, we must do warm-up exercise. Also, we should not run or jog in busy 5 . The air there is often dirty. Some people like weight lifting (举重). They think it can make their bodies strong. Also, we need to do some warm-up exercise before weight lifting.

The first one is about drinking. Now you may not buy wine in this country if you are under 18, nor may your friends buy it for you.

The second one, noise. Enjoy yourself by all means, but don't make unnecessary noise, especially（尤其）at night. We ask you to respect other people who may wish you be quiet.

The third one, crossing the road. Be careful. The traffic moves on the left side of the road in this country. Use pedestrian crossing（人行横道线）and don't take any chance when crossing the road.

The fourth one is about rubbish. It isn't lawful to drop rubbish in the street. When you have something to throw away, please put it in your pocket and take it home, or put it in a dustbin.

The last one is about smoking. It is against the law to buy cigarettes if you are under 16. I'd like to finish by saying that if you need any kind of help, you should contact the police. They will be glad to help you. You can call, write to or go to ask any policeman. 

Think about different ways that people use the wind. We can use it to fly a kite or to sail a boat. Windmills began to be used in seventeen century BC．At first, people used windmills to grind (磨碎) wheat {#blank#}1{#/blank#} flour and get water out of the deep underground. 

When Benjamin Franking found electricity in the late 1800s, people began to use it in many different ways, like electric lights and radios. However, when electricity was everywhere by the 1940s, windmills were {#blank#}2{#/blank#} used. During the 1970s, people started worrying about the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} when coal and gas are burned to make electricity. People also realized that there were not enough coal and gas for us to use. Then people started to reuse windmills, though it means {#blank#}4{#/blank#} costs.
