Most cars run on gas. Gas cars work verywell. But there is a problem. Cars that run on gas make the air dirty. Thedirty air is not good for people, animals or trees. Gas cars make the air dirtyfor all living things. What can we do? We can drive electric cars!

    Electric cars do not use gas. These cars donot make the air dirty. These cars have batteries that power their motors (马达). The batteries can be charged (充电) manytimes. They can be used again and again. This makes electric cars great.

    But electric cars have problems too. Theyare slower than gas cars. They are also very quiet. This means that some peoplecan't hear them when they go by. They may not think a car is coming. So theyhave to be careful.

    People are finding ways to make electriccars better all the time. Maybe one day all cars will be electric. That wouldbe much better for the world.

More tigers are moving from Russia into northeastern China. This is because the environment is better for them to live in.

As human activities become less and the number of the wild animals is rising, tigers come to China for food.

Also, there is a cross-border corridor (跨境走廊) between China and Russia. It helps the tigers travel around freely. Data (数据) from a research team show that between 2013 and 2016, nearly 80 percent of the tigers moved across the corridor.

Besides, China started a number of projects to protect the tigers. As we all know, tigers need large areas to move around, so it's important to build national parks. In 2021, the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park was set up in Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province. It covers around 14,100 square kilometers. The national park creates a shared home for the animals. As a result, the number of the tigers has grown.

One more reason is that experts from China and Russia work together to research on tiger protection. Many volunteers go to protect tigers around the forests every year. It's believed that there will be more tigers in the near future.

"This is part of our artificial intelligence of (Al) courses," said the 10th grader from Beijing 101 Middle School. The school provide AI classes to both junior and senior high school students. Apart from compulsory(必修的),courses that teach basic knowledge, there are also optional(选修的) courses if students want to learn more.

"This semester of compulsory class, we have learned coding(编程) through a programming language called Python," said Zhang. Using Python to code is an elementary skill for training AI models. In recent years, Python has been tested in high school graduation exams in places like Beijing, Jiangsu and Anhui.

In fact, having Al education in schools has become a growing trend(趋势) in many places, with Zhejiang Province being a typical example. In 2020, Zhejiang added AI education into textbooks from Grade 5 in primary school all the way to senior high school. In the city of Wenzhou, the government is planning to build 1,000 AI experimental schools by 2025.

"With the development of technology, our textbooks have been changing all the time,"said Shang Yin, an IT teacher from Beijing 101 Middle School."From typing to using Word and Excel, and then today's coding and AI, the courses are keeping up with the times and teaching students necessary skills. In the future, there will be more jobs where AI knowledge is required.Even in daily life, people may need to understand things like ChatGPT and the Internet of Things. AI education will become increasingly important," Shang added.

Mount Tai is very famous in the world. Last Sunday, my parents took me there. In the morning, they woke me up early at about 5 o'clock. Because we didn't want the traffic to take up too much time. When we got there by bus.we climbed along the path at once. I felt thirsty and drank some water I could hardly walk any more after about one kilometer. My mother said. "Come on, my dear! Please look at the sights. They're very beautiful. But they look even more beautiful at the top of the mountain." Four hours later, we reached the top. From there we saw some strange shapes of large rocks. How beautiful Mount Tai is! My father said that it was wrong when I pulled a leaf off a plant. We should protect everything there. I think he is right.
