A village soccer tournament(联赛) in Rongjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province has drawn people's attention. The tournament is called Cun Chao, or Village Super League.

{#blank#}1{#/blank#} May to July this year, 20 teams from Rongjiang County took part in Cun Chao. The players came from different jobs and minority ethnic groups(少数民族). 

The cheerleaders(拉拉队队员) wore {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(tradition) ethnic clothes and also performed in the soccer tournament. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(visitor) could also enjoy singing and dancing performances.

Cun Chao has {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(recent) put Rongjiang on the soccer map. In fact, the area has already had a {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(long) history of the sport than other areas. 

Soccer was introduced to Rongjiang in the 1940s and {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(become) an important part of people's lives since then. In 2021, Rongjiang was listed as one of the "model counties" for soccer development. In the past, it was hard 

{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(find) good soccer fields. 

But those conditions never stopped the locals from doing that. Whether on farms, river banks, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} rocky lands, people always found a way to enjoy

Xu Bo, the head of Rongjiang County's government, said, "We will use Cun Chao as a way to help develop {#blank#}10{#/blank#} countryside. We hope people love soccer and have a chance to realize their soccer dreams."

 Alice is a 6- year- old girl. She likes drawing(画画) very much and she draws every day.

 One day, after the rain(雨), she goes out(出去) with her father and her dog Coco." Wow, what's that?" she asks.

" It's a rainbow. How many colors can you see, my dear?" asks her father.

" Er… one, two, three… seven. Seven colors. It looks so nice."

 Then they go home."I want to draw a rainbow, Dad, but I don't have orange , green or purple," Alice says to her father.

" That's easy. You know what? We have the three colors. Let me help you. Mix(混合) red and yellow, and we can get orange. Mix yellow and blue, and we can get green. Blue and red can make purple."

" Wow, that's interesting! I have seven colors now. I can draw a rainbow. Thanks, Dad!" Alice draws a great rainbow. She is so happy!

Thank you for your last e— mail. It's always great to hear the news from you. The summer vacation is coming ! I'm writing to you because I want to invite you to my hometown in the summer vacation.

Martin is my youngest son. He likes staying alone and he seldom laughs. As the boy's mother, I was 1 about him. I took him to see the 2 in many hospitals, but it didn't work well. 

Nothing could make him happy except the recycling truck（垃圾回收车） passing by my house. Every afternoon, he raced to the front of the house, waiting 3 the truck.

My name is Helen. I study at a middle school in Nanjing. My school is not far away from my home, so I usually go to school on foot. Sometimes, I go there in my father's car. My school is nice. Of all the buildings, I like the school library best. It's a new building in my school It's so big. It has four floors. Every school day, it's Open from 9 am to 6 pm. I like storybooks best. And I also like geography books. Every month, there are interesting activities in the library. I love them too. 

In 2024, Fan Zhendong had great achievements(成就) in table tennis at the Olympics.

Fan Zhendong is very talented and works hard. He loved table tennis from a young age and practiced a lot to get better. His strong forehand and accurate backhand made him a great player.

At the 2024 Paris Olympics men's singles final, he played against a Swedish player called Moregardh. Although he lost the first set, he quickly got back on track. With great skills and a strong mind, he won the next four sets and made a fantastic comeback. This win gave him his first Olympic gold medal and made him the sixth male table tennis Grand Slam winner, after Waldner, Liu Guoliang, Kong Linghui, Zhang Jike, and Ma Long.

Away from the court, Fan Zhendong is well-known for being humble(谦逊的) and friendly. His hard work and never-giving-up spirit have inspired many young table tennis fans. His Olympic achievement brought honor to both him and his country, showing the spirit and determination(决心) of Chinese athletes. As a true winner, Fan Zhendong will keep trying to be excellent and help develop table tennis worldwide.
