Animals United is a 3-D German cartoon by Reinhard Klooss and Holger Tappe. It is  {#blank#}1{#/blank#}story about animals that get together to find water. Along  {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (they) journey, lots of funny things happen, and of course, they have a lot of adventures.

The animals in the grasslands in Africa are waiting  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the coming flood(洪水).However, this year's flood seems to come later than in other. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(year). The animals become upset and worried.

At the same time, some animals from other places come to the grasslands  {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (look)for peace. However, the situation seems  {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (bad) because the water is becoming less and less.  {#blank#}7{#/blank#} they decide to look for the river.

 {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (final), they find the reason why they don't have enough water to drink. Humans(人)  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (set) up a dam(水坝) already so that they can have a better life. After  {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(fight) with humans for a long time, they let the world know that animals are in danger.

I like the cartoon story. It tells that humans should know animals have their own world.

Alice has a restaurant next to her home. Its name is Alice's Restaurant. It opens（营业）from 10:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening. The restaurant is not big, but it's clean（干净的）

David and Mike are cooks in the restaurant. They cook well. David can make（做）delicious Chinese food like jiaozi and fish. Mike makes great hamburgers and sandwiches. A lot of people come to have lunch in the restaurant. So David and Mike are usually busy from 11:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. 

Alice is kind to people in the restaurant. Kids like her very much. And the food is very cheap（便宜的）and nice, so many people like the restaurant.

When Mary was just seven, her family moved to a new city. She went to school by school bus. One morning there was something wrong with the clock. When she got up, it was too late to take the school bus. Her mother said she could go to school in her car. 

"But how can you find the way, Mum?" Mary asked, "You went to our school only once. " "Yes, " her mother answered, "but you take the school bus there every day and you know the way. " "Oh, yes, " said Mary. 

They started out and the car went around most of the city before getting there. When they arrived, her mother found that the school was not really far from their house. 

"Why did you make us go so long a way?" her mother asked her. "Well, Mum, " answered Mary, "I know only this way. The bus always goes like this, so the other children can take it to school. "

Amy's favourite writer released (发布) a new book last week. Amy was very excited because she had enough money to 1 it this weekend. She talked about the book with her online chat group (聊天群). A lot of the other children wanted to buy the book too.

Stephanie, one child from the group, sent Amy a(n) 2 . It said that Stephanie wanted to meet Amy at the bookstore to buy the new book together. Amy 3 her mum about it. Her mum asked, "Do you know Stephanie from school?"

"No," Amy answered. "We only talked online."

"Listen," Amy's mum said, "I want you to have 4 , but sometimes, people online aren't who they say they are. So I don't think it's a 5 idea for you to meet this person (人)."

"But, Mum," Amy said, " 6 Stephanie just wants to buy a book with me."

Amy's mum said, "Let's do this. Dad and I will go with you. If Stephanie is just a child and wants to make friends with you, that's great. 7 she is not, you'll be safe."

Amy didn't like that idea. It made her feel like a baby. But she knew her mum was 8 , so she said yes. Then she told Stephanie that she would go to the bookstore with her parents at 9:30 am.

The next day, Amy got to the bookstore on time. But she didn't 9 Stephanie. Amy then knew that her mum was right. She felt 10 that her parents were there to look after her and keep (保持) her safe.

I'm Robert and I live in Shanghai now. Last weekend, I went to a village for a vacation with my friends. 

My trip started early in the morning at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. After two hours on the train to Ningbo and more than two hours on the bus, I arrived at the village: Fengpuao. Fengpuao looks so small on the map, but 2, 000 people live there, next to a lake and forests. 

I stayed with my host family (寄宿家庭) for two days. They told me that I could call them Mama and Baba. 

They had a daughter called Eva and she showed me around the garden and told me how to grow vegetables. I also went with Baba to a bamboo forest. Then we went to the lake to go fishing. In the evening, my family and friends came over. We had a big dinner together. 

The next day I woke up with the song of birdsi. After breakfast, we went to work on the farm all day.  It was hard but very interesting. That evening I came back to Shanghai. 

The trip was short, but it made me relax from the busy life. And it was a great time together with my host family.
