Zhou Jinrui and Harry are two middle school students in Hangzhou. They didn't have much money with them. But they have dreamed to visit Beijing for a long time. So they went to Beijing from Hangzhou by bike last summer holiday. They spent nearly one month on the bike travelling. The journey（旅程）was hard, but they felt happy. 

They went through many cities and villages during the travelling. They ate the food they took or had cheap meals. When they were tired at night, they took out their map to find small and cheap hotels or the farmers' houses to stay in. They also took some medicine with them. When they had a cold, they didn't need to go to hospital. When it was rainy, they stopped for a while and went on with their travelling. 

At the end of August, they got to Beijing successfully. They visited a lot of places of interest in Beijing, such as the Great Wall, the Summer Palace and Tian'anmen Square. 

They had a fun time in Beijing for ten days. At last, they had to return to Hangzhou by train because the new term began in September. 

Everyone is good at something, but some people are truly talented. Last week we had an {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (interest) talent show in our school. There were many wonderful{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (performer) from different classes and even some teachers in that show.

Most of the students thought the best performer was Eliza, {#blank#}3{#/blank#} she played the piano the most beautifully and she is an excellent piano player. Who was the {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (funny)? Of course Steve was. You could see that he and his dog sang the song together and everyone couldn't stop laughing. Do you want {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (know) the most creative one? It must be Vera. She {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (play) the guitar upside down. The most popular actors were the math teachers in the show. They had many kinds {#blank#}7{#/blank#} instruments (乐器) and they were the loudest of all. However, there was also{#blank#}8{#/blank#} terrible show. Dennis always kept dropping the balls everywhere.

All in all, I think it is fun to watch this kind of show if you don't take them too {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (serious). And they also give students a good way to show {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (they) talents.

Xu Hui: I have to get up at 6:20 every morning and read English for about 30 minutes. I can't play games for more than(超过) 30 minutes. I need to do some housework(家务) every day.

Hu Xiaoyu: In my family, the first(第一) one to get up should (应该) make breakfast. The first one to get home should make dinner. The family should clean the house on Sundays. I also need to do housework.

Liu Yizhou: In my home, we don't talk when we eat food. I have to be in bed at 9 p.m. I have to do housework every day. If I want to buy something, I need to ask my parents first.
