He uses his stage name, Rain, when he works as a singer and dancer. His real name is JungJi-hoon and he is also a f{#blank#}1{#/blank#} actor.

    He showed his interest in dancing ever since he was in the 6th grade. As a teenager, he was part of the boy band (乐队) group c{#blank#}2{#/blank#} "fan club". Years later, Park Jin-young (Korean singer) took Rain under his wing and trained him for years in dancing and singing. During those training years Rain was not at home much and didn't have enough money, so at times he had to train w{#blank#}3{#/blank#} meals.

    Finally in 2002 the song Bad Guy made him famous. Following the s{#blank#}4{#/blank#} of the first album (专辑), he came back with a new set of music in his 2nd album. In 2004, he acted in a successful play called Full House which was welcomed in other Asian countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan. His performance in Full House has won him the Best Actor Award at the KBS Acting Awards. It is hard to describe his dancing with simple words b{#blank#}5{#/blank#} it is a mixture of so many different elements. He has created a whole new style of his own. In Beijing he won the Best Korean Singer Award. Since his success in 2002, the 26-year-old boy has become one of the most popular Korean artists in Asia.

Singer Park Jin-young once said to his friends, "I was always wondering whether Rain understood w{#blank#}6{#/blank#} I said because he never said anything when I scolded (责备) him. One day I entered his room, and was surprised to discover a wall covered with notes. Every note was filled with my words and advice. " Rain had written down every single piece of a{#blank#}7{#/blank#} his older friend had given him and he had been doing his best to correct his mistakes and improve his skills.

In her grandparents' old house, Maya discovered an old family calendar, with each page filled out carefully.

On June 6, 1892: "Helped Mr Thompson repair his house." On November 14, 1907: "1 my time at an old people's home."

Curious, she asked her grandmother about it.

"That is the tradition of our family," her grandmother explained. "Every day, for generations, we complete one act of kindness and take it down. No matter how 2 it is."

Maya was interested. "Why?"

Her grandmother smiled, "It's a belief that through continuous kind actions, we can create a life of 3 . Every day, we find a moment of light through offering help to others, even when the world around us is dark."

With admiration, Maya decided to keep the tradition. Every night, she would record her act of kindness for the day. As the years went by, Maya's entries of her kind act 4 . from comforting a distressed stranger on the bus to organizing community clean-ups.

One day, as she sat at a café, a young woman came to her. "Are you Maya?" She asked politely.

The calendar became a community legend. Inspired by Maya, the town started a "Calendar Day", encouraging everyone to do good.

When Maya was old, she often sat with her grandchildren, turning the 7 pages. "This was when your grandpa and I met. I helped him find his lost dog."

One day, her oldest grandchild, Sophie, looked up from the calendar. "I want to 8 this, Grandma."

My husband and I bought a house when we were in our fifties. One of the1 we bought it was thatit was so amazing. It had a big Japanese red pine（松树）, which looked2 in our front yard. For 20years, it was a beauty to all who3 . Animals liked to climb it and play there. Beside it was my smallgarden of4 and bushes that I'd planted.

Life might be10 for you at the moment, but you never know what the future holds. It might just bemuch brighter. 

In some cities, we can see more and more people riding sharing- bikes. It's very convenient to use the bikes if you have a smart phone. First, you have to download such an APP on your smart phone. Then, what you need to do is to find a nearest bike through the  APP, scan the QR code on the bike or connect your phone with the bike over a Bluetooth   wireless connection. You will find the bike can be unlocked itself easily. Then, you can enjoy your trip. What's more, the greatest advantage of bike- sharing is that you can easily find one and never worry about where to park it. The cost of riding depends on the time that you spend. Normally, every hour you ride, you need to pay one yuan. It doesn't cost so much, does it?

At the same time, some people park the bikes in their own homes, Besides, some people don't value the bikes. Now service companies are trying to solve the problems like being stolen.

Technology and science have changed our social lifestyles. We have to say bike- sharing brings us more convenience without doubt, And we also hope that people can not only enjoy it but also put it to good use.

 When shopping for clothes, my mother and I have always disagreed on what fits me well. To me, if it zips, it fits. My mom, however, usually tells me I need a bigger size.

 When I was a teenager, I wanted to dress like my friends, but my body size made it impossible. When mo m told me something didn't suit me, or I needed a bigger size, all I heard was that my body was wrong.

 To avoid arguments, we stopped going shopping together. This continued until  I got engaged(订婚) last year and needed to buy some clothes. When I tried on a blouse. my mother looked at me, and I knew what was coming." You need a bigger size," she said.

 There was no bigger size. I tried to hold back my tears. Maybe I could buy it alone, of course, but my mom is my favorite person to hang out with The idea of looking for a wedding dress without her seemed just as scary as taking her with me.

 And so the day came. As I tried on a simple white dress. I saw tears in my mom's eyes. " You look beautiful! " she told me. Nothing could have shocked me more.

 This one didn't zip up at the back and I did actually need a bigger size, but my mother didn't say that. She just told me how beautiful I looked. In that moment, all the argument s in the past ended. We didn't buy a dress that day.

 We decided to see more, which I would never have predicted.

A few weeks later, we found the perfect dress. We both loved it as soon as I put it on. And during those few weeks, mom and I also found the perfect fit for our shopping relationship.
