As space science develops, man has learned more and more about space. Space is not only amazing but also dangerous. While working in space, spacemen are facing dangers as well as interests. 

Scientists have found out that radiation（辐射）is the greatest danger to spacemen in space. When spacemen are working in space, they are in danger of radiation from the sun and other stars, which is bad for their health. The damage（危害）done by radiation won't be discovered until their children or even grandchildren are born. Some special medicine works a little, but no really helpful medicine has been produced. 

Space junk（垃圾）is also thought a great danger to spacemen. It's reported that there are 9,000 man-made things flying in space. About 30% of these are satellites, 10% are spaceships, and the rest is space junk. Scientists are watching and reporting any possible danger all the time. They are working on helpful ways to do with space junk. 

Although space is really dangerous, it interests everyone on the earth. In the near future, it may become usual for people to spend a few days in a space hotel. We may even choose to leave the earth or live in space in a few years. So we should care for space and do something to help improve the space environment. 

Everyone knows that exercise is important. We all need to exercise. Doctors say it's good for us. It keeps body strong. 

When the daytime comes, we must get up. This is the time for exercise. Exercise means doing sports or other physical activities to stay healthy. There're many ways to exercise. You can walk, run, swim, skate or play ball games. Make sure you exercise in the following ways:You should like what you're doing. Exercise enough but not too much. It's good to exercise twice each week. Thirty minutes each time is enough. Try all kinds of things until you find one, two or three sports that you feel right for you. 

Exercising can be fun. Friends can exercise together at a fitness center, or they can play sports together. How do you exercise?

It's 6:00 p. m. Kate's family are having dinner. There is rice, eggs, salads, strawberries and some vegetables like tomatoes, onions and carrots on the table. But Kate doesn't like vegetables. She doesn't want to eat them and puts her bo wl away.

" Kate," says her father.

" Where are my hamburgers?" asks Kate.

" Don't think about them. We need to eat healthily," says Mom.

" How about some ice- cream, then?" asks Kate.

" Kate," Dad calls her name again. He thinks the dinner is nice.

Kate takes a bite(咬一口) of the tomato and quickly spits(吐出) it back into the bowl.

" Kate! Room! Now!" says Dad. He doesn't like her bad eating habits.

Kate runs to her room and cries, but she soon stops. Usually, her parents will get her some other food she likes if she doesn't eat dinner. So she waits.

At about 7:00 p. m., Mom tries to get Kate to eat some vegetables, but she says no.

At 9:00 p. m., Kate wants to eat something, but her parents still don't give her anything to eat.

At 10:00 p. m., Kate goes to the kitchen and sees some vegetables on the table. They don't look so bad. And you know what? They don't taste so bad, either.

Kate learns that she should eat health y food and live a healthy life.

One morning, when I was leaving for my business, a middle-aged man came up and asked me for help. He said he had no money to get food for his large family. "You look 1 . Why don't you work?" I asked. "Simply because I cannot get work, sir. " "If I give you work, what pay do you want?" "As long as I can get bread for my family, sir, " he answered.

 Love is everywhere. In February, 2024, Wang Yang and his family in Guazhou, Gansu, did something {#blank#}1{#/blank#}( well).

 On {#blank#}2{#/blank#} evening of 17th February, many people got stranded (被困) in Guazhou because of the heavy snow. Wang and his family wanted {#blank#}3{#/blank#}( help) those in need.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#}( one), Wang and his family welcomed three people from Xu Weiming's family.   They were from Hubei {#blank#}5{#/blank#} they wanted to go to Xinjiang. Next, they welcomed Pei Jing' s family from Xinjiang. There {#blank#}6{#/blank#}( be) four people. Then, they welcomed four people from Huo Ningning's family. One of {#blank#}7{#/blank#}( they) was only seven months old.

 At 3 p. m. on 18th February, the three {#blank#}8{#/blank#}( family) said goodbye to Wang's family. And they thanked them {#blank#}9{#/blank#} their help. "It is not easy being outside. As long as I can help, I will do it. It is like {#blank#}10{#/blank#}( have) some relatives during the Spring Festival," said Wang.
