    This morning, I was jogging in the park while I caught sight of a wallet on a bench. Clear, someone had left it there in accident. I picked up and checked the contents. Inside it, I found some money or a card with a phone number. Believing that the owner would be worried, I immediately try the number. A man answered it in an anxious voice. Hearing that I had his wallet, he sighed with relief and told me he would come right away. Ten minutes late, the man arrived. After confirm he was the owner, I returned the wallet back to him. With his thumb up, he expressed his thank to me repeatedly. Seeing the smile on his face, I felt happy that I was able to help.

    My friend Kevin had started waking up early and decided that he was going to do it completely natural so he quit drinking coffee. This is similar to everyone who never works out and then decide he is going to run a marathon the next day.

    It didn't work out for Kevin. He was miserable after a couple of day and decided to give up woke up early and went back to drinking coffee.

    Personally, I had to drink a ton of coffee when I first started waking up early. I've been able to cut them back dramatically but it's what I needed readjust my internal clock early on. Nowadays I really don't need any caffeine (I usually just drink a cup of green tea in the morning) but I want to share a reality of what I have experienced.

    Last Saturday, feeling so boring, I wanted to experience something new. So I go online and found a nursing home what I could volunteer.

    The next day, I paid a visit the nursing home. At first I didn't know what to expect, but after greeting the elderly and talking to them patient, I was surprised by how thankful they were for their visit. Moreover, I was touched by their attitudes towards life. Although they were old, but they were young at heart.

    Volunteering provides many chance to change people's lives, include my own. If everyone makes a effort, the world will surely be a better place.
