    Yes, there have some pills to make you look strong. Therefore, they have side effects, that will damage your health. After your friend taking this kind of pill for some time, his hair might fell out or he might have health problems, some of which may even affect her liver or heart. Some athlete, whose achievements were great, died very young because they take this kind of pill. I don't think your friend should take the risk .

    Tell your friend not take the pills because he may have health problems in the future, when it is too late.

    It is well-known that good habits do us good. Entered high school, I took delight in having fast food and often eat too much.     It's been a month since I come to this school. I really want share with you some of the problems what I have been experiencing. I have made three new friend here.     Hearing you're worried the coming exam, I can quite understand you because we're in the same boat. But I think we can deal with it properly and my suggestion are as follows.

    First of all, it's normal for us to be nervous till faced with the exam which we think is important. Secondly, we'd better try our best to study hard and built a solid foundation, and then we'll feel confidence of winning by then. Thirdly, no matter how we felt, the exam is still approaching. So, why not to face it bravely? After all, it is our learning process which really determines our success.     The good communication between parents and children are very important. If we don't communicate with our parents proper, we may find it difficulty to get their support when we are in need of help. How should we do to improve our communication with our parents? Firstly, we should listen to our parents patiently when they give us advices. Their advice can serve as short cut to solve your problems. Secondly, we should be honest with our parents. If we disagree with them, we should let them to know. Last but not least, we should always trusted our parents and see them as our friends. It is always easy for us to communicating with friends.
