Sorry that I haven't been in the touch for a while. But I catch cold last week, and I've been in bed for four day. I'm feeling better today. Lucky my classes won't start till next week.

I have good news. I'm going to a conference in you town in May, from 16th to 20th. Could you recommend a hotel where is in the centre of the town? It needs to be somewhere not too expensive because the tight budget. I'll have a freely half-day for sightseeing. Do you think you can showed me around?

    I have learned English for many years, but I don't have a chance speak before foreigners. Last week, I happened to meet the foreigner. He needed my help and I felt so exciting.

    On Monday, I went to the flowers shop to buy a flower for my friend, because she was ill. I was going to the hospital to see him. In the shop a foreigner and the boss was having a conversation, so the boss didn't know what the foreigner said. I hesitate for a while, then I came to help the boss. The boss and the foreigner thanked me so many. I felt so happy, because the language when I learn is useful. Since then, I want to learn English well.

    Yesterday I stepped into a restaurant for lunch. As I was waiting my order to come, I noticed the old man in a wheelchair roll himself over to a table. No one and me seemed to notice him. I got up and go over to his table and asked if that I could get him something to drink. He smiled and said,“Thank you. You are generously. I'd like any orange juice, please.”When I was getting ready to leave, I walked by the old man's table to saying goodbye. He thanked me again and told me I had made his days, coming over and helping him out. I gave him a hug and told him he had made my day, either.

    My hometown, Sichuan, is a immense region in the southwest of China, with a very amazed landscape. Much of it are hilly. In the remote areas in the west it reaches to the steep slopes of the Himalayas. There are mountain to the north and a high plateau to the south. I think his hometown is a beautiful province. People call it “The Heavenly Kingdom”, so the name really means “four rivers.” The most famous river is the Yangtze, that passes all the way through the province on it's long journey to the coast. The most beautiful spot on river is the Three Gorges.

    Union and cooperation play an important part in getting you out of trouble. There was a time when I was too proud that I overlooked my classmate, refusing to work together with them. Therefore, it was no doubt that I was left alone, suffering from loneliness and failure. Unfortunately a teacher impressed on me the value of cooperation. From then on, I learned to help others and turn to my friends for the help whenever I had difficulty finish a task on my own. Surely cooperation made a great difference. Now I am getting well with my friends. My experience has teach me that only if we attach great importance with cooperation, can we go beyond ourselves. As the saying go "United, we stand; divided, we fall."

    During the Spring Festival, I watch a sci-fi movie The Wandering Earth with my friends. The movie direct by Guo Fan is very popular in China. It is set in 2075, where the earth is no longer safe to live. Unlike most western movies, the heroes do not give up the earth. Instead, they choose to save the earth by send it to another sol-like system. I was deep impressed by the three generation of a Chinese family. They devote them to the mission. The movie conveys lots of Chinese values, but I think it is quite worth seeing it.
