Being disabled doesn't stop Guilhem Gallart, a French musician, from making music. For many years, he was a successful record producer and recording artist. He was known as "Pone" and helped spread hip hop in France in the 1990s and early 2000s, creating many popular songs with his music group Fonky Family.

In 2015, Pone was told to have ALS. ALS is an illness that can influence the ability to move, speak, eat and even breathe. There's no medicine that works for ALs at present. Because of it, Pone has to depend on a machine to breathe, and can't move any of his body parts except his eyes.

But technology has given Gallart new possibilities. With the help of the certain software (软件), his eye movements are tracked (跟踪), and as a result, he is able to write.

"I have once again discovered Pone that I knew before," said his wife Wahiba. "And even stronger than he was before."

The effort has resulted in a album (专辑), Listen and Donate, which came out in June, 2021. With this album, Pone hoped to raise money for the organization called Trakadom. The charity (慈善机构) was set up by him with two doctors. Its goal is to train more care takers and help patients to receive care at home. "Talking about this with my doctors, nurses and care takers, I found that they weren't trained well enough, and that many of them wanted the chance. So Trakadom was born," he said.

"If there's a message in my story, it's that anything is possible," said Pone.

Tina is a thirteen-year-old middle school student. Last year, she went to {#blank#}1{#/blank#} summer school in France and stayed with a local family, the Truffauts. 

At first, things didn't go well {#blank#}2{#/blank#} she couldn't speak French. Simple things like finding the right bus stop became big problems. The Truffauts helped her a lot and treated her like part of the family. They played{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (game) and shared traditional food with her. Tina was helpful as well. She did some housework with the family every day. On the weekend, she {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (join) a community club and did volunteer work. For most of the time, she used body language to communicate. People showed {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (they) thanks with smiles and she would always smile back. Language was not a problem {#blank#}6{#/blank#} her any more. As a new member of the club, Tina {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (invite) to have parties with the other members. Day by day, she made more friends. Tina began {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (love) her new life. "A smile is a second language we were born to speak. It is also the best gift I have got,"she often said{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (proud) .

Smiles and a helping hand can always make people {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (close) than a language can. 

I've always loved the radio.1 I was a child, I had a dream to be a presenter at a radio station or a TV station.I started to present shows for the school radio station at the age of ten.And I always expect to visit a radio or a TV station someday.

Yesterday my teacher took us to visit a radio station, I couldn't help being 2 . I 3 early in the morning and took a bus to the radio station with my classmates.We were so lucky that one director was4 and he showed us around the studio.We saw the programme that was on air in it.We had a chance to 5 a presenter and we were very happy.

 We knew that in order to 6 making mistakes, the presenter would practise what he would say many times.It seemed that he knew 7 everything about the national and international background and information.He knew what the listeners wanted very well.He would read the articles written by the part﹣time reporters many times 8 . He must know the 9 of the articles, and then got ready for the programme well.So everything is not easy to do. If we want to do 10 well, we must work hard, keep on practicing and get ready for it all the time.

Nancy is one of my {#blank#}1{#/blank#} friends. We are {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Class 1 Grade 8. She is the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} girl in our class, about 1.64 metres. She is slim and {#blank#}4{#/blank#} long hair.

Nancy is humorous. she can tell funny {#blank#}5{#/blank#} and often makes us laugh. We never feel {#blank#}6{#/blank#} with her. She is helpful, too. And she is ready {#blank#}7{#/blank#} others anytime. I'm not good {#blank#}8{#/blank#} English and she often helps me with my English.

Nancy is a true friend. When something {#blank#}9{#/blank#} me, I can always go to her. I can tell her anything because she can {#blank#}10{#/blank#} a secret.
