Thinking about going camping? You might want to try one of these campsites!

    Le Val de Cantobre,Aveyron(France)

France's number-one campsite is in the Grands Causses Regional Park. There's a swimming pool, a river and a pizza restaurant all on-site. The scenery around the park is beautiful and great for walking. A day here will cost you about €45.

    Three Cliffs Bay, Gower (Wales)

The Three Cliffs Bay is in a beautiful part of the country, and it won't cost you much either: a tent (帐篷) is about €28 a day. There's a shop and some restaurants nearby. You can water-ski from the beach, or go walking along the Gower Way.

Playa Montroig Camping Resort, Tarragonna (Spain)

This Spanish campsite is great for a family trip, with prices starting from about €20 a night. You'll be able to enjoy the beach by day, and learn about historic Tarragonna in the evenings. The site has restaurants and also offers lots of activities for adults and children.

Four Seasons Tented Camp, Golden Triangle (Thailand)

This must be one of the most expensive campsites in the world. Instead of tents, there are" canvas cabins" (帆布小屋). Plus, there's a nice restaurant, a spa and a pool. There are only 15 cabins so you'll have to book early. You can only reach the camp by river boat, but once there you can learn to ride an elephant. One night here will cost you about €50!

Have fun and we hope it doesn't rain!

Beautysleep is a real thing, researches have shown that people who have enough sleeplook more attractive (有魅力的) to others.

A few badnights are enough to make a person look especially "more ugly", theirsleep experiments show.

Theresearchers asked 25 university students to join in their sleep experiment. They were asked to get a good night's sleep for two nights.

A weeklater, they were asked to sleep for only four hour every night for two nightsin a row. The researchers took make—up free (素颜) photos of the volunteers afterboth the good and the bad sleep.

Next, theyasked 122 strangers to have a look at the photos and judge (评价) them on attractiveness, health, and sleepiness, as well as asking them: "How much would you like to makefriends with this person in the picture?"

Thestrangers were good at judging whether the person they were looking at wastired, and if he was sleepy, his attractiveness score would be low.

Thestrangers also said they wouldn't want tosocialize with the tiredstudents. The researchers say this is natural for people. An unhealthy-lookingface makes people run away. In other words, people don't want to hang aroundwith people who might be ill.

Dr Brewer,an expert at the University of Liverpool said: "Judgment of attractivenessis often unconscious (无意识的), but we all do it, and we are able to judge on even somethingsmall like whether someone looks tired or unhealthy. This study is a goodreminder of how important sleep is to us."

I'm a foreign student at Ningbo University. Can you guess what I'm majoring in? It's   Chinese Language and Literature! When I was young, I found a book in the library, Journey to the West. The story about Tang Monk and his three disciples (徒弟) was so fascinating. After I finished high school, I decided to come to China. But my parents didn't understand me. In their minds, China was still a developing country, and they couldn't see why I would like to go there. This July, China had a 72/144-hour visa-free(免签) policy for foreigners, so I invited my parents to travel in China.

We started our joumey from Ningbo, where Ningbo University is located. We went to Tianyige Museum, China's oldest private library and the Moon Lake Park, feeling the rich history of China. After that, we flew to Chengdu. We visited cute giant pandas and even had the chance to feed them bamboo. We also tried the delicious and spicy Sichuan hot pot, which was truly a unique experience. Finally, we took the high-speed train to Beijing. The train ride was smooth, quiet, and fast. Both my parents and I enjoyed the ride very much. In Beijing, we visited the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Beijing is a modern city, yet it still has its ancient beauty.

On the way to the airport, my mother left her passport on the subway. Thankfully, the subway staff were very friendly and quickly found the lost passport. They even delivered it to the airport for us. When it came time for our tearful goodbye, my parents said to me, "Now we understand your choice, and we fully support you."
