Making friends is a skill like other skills. It improves with practice. If you want to meet people and m{#blank#}1{#/blank#} friends, you must be willing to take some actions.

    Hello, we are students from Thailand, and we want {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (save) the elephants. The elephant is one of Thailand's symbols. Our {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (one) flag had a white elephant on it. This is a symbol of good luck.

    Elephants are smart animals. They can {#blank#}3{#/blank#} soccer or music. They can also draw very {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (good). People say that "an elephant never forgets ". Elephants can walk {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a long time and never get {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (丢失). They can also remember places with food and water. This helps {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (they) to live.

    But elephants are {#blank#}8{#/blank#} great danger. People cut down many trees {#blank#}9{#/blank#} elephants are losing their homes. People also kill elephants for their ivory(象牙制品). Today there are only about 3,000 elephants (over 100,000 before). We must save the trees and not {#blank#}10{#/blank#} things made of ivory. Remember that March 13th is Thai Elephant Day.

    How are you？I had a great time last Monday, June 2th, 2014.It was a traditional Chinese festival {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (call) Dragon Boat Festival that day.

    This festival is in memory of Qu Yuan, one of the greatest Chinese poets. He killed himself by {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (jump) into the Miluo River on May 5th of the lunar calendar, 278 BC. People there rowed the boats {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (save) him. But it was too late. They were very sad and then threw rice into the river to feed the fishes so that they would stay away from his body.

    From then on, every year on this day, people enjoy making Zongzi which {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (make) of rice with meat, eggs and so on. In the past we  {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (eat) it only once a year, but now we regard it as our daily food. We can have it any time we like.
