  W：Thank you very much．Wow!You have a lot of animals．What are those?

  M：They are horses．

  W：How many horses do you have?

  M：Nineteen．

  W：Look at these!Are these tomatoes?

  M：Yes, they are．

  W：They are big and red．

  M：Try some．They're good．

  W：Thanks．Yum!

    I am a student. I like sports. I run every morning and I swim twice a week(一周两次). I like all kinds of ball games. I like football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and ping­pong. I am good at playing ping­pong. I often play ping­pong with my friend, Li Lei. We are on the school team. But he doesn't like any other ball game. He also likes to collect(收集)balls. He has a great collection(收藏品)of balls. He has 60 footballs, 16 volleyballs and many ping­pong balls. We like to watch sports on TV.

A fine day

    Today is Sunday. It is a fine day. There are some clouds in the sky, but the sun is shining. Mr. Wood doesn't work today. He is with his family. Now they are walking over the bridge. There are a big ship. The ship is going under the bridge. Mr. Wood and his wife are looking at them. Their son Danny is looking at some boats. These boats are on the river. Their daughter Lily is looking at a train. The train is running over the river.

Three turtles

    Three turtles live in a house. They decide to have a cup of coffee. So they go to a care. Just as they go into the care, it starts to rain. They have no umbrella with them. So the biggest one says to the smallest one,   "Go home and get the umbrella."

    The little turtle answers, "I will, if you don't drink my coffee when I go to get the umbrella." "We don't." The other two promise. Two hours later, the big turtle says to the middle turtle, "Well, I guess he isn't coming back, so we can drink his coffee." Just then, there is a voice. "If you do, I will not go to get the umbrella."

    It is a fine day. The Blacks are busy today. Tony and Gogo are going to the beach. Jenny is going to the park. Mrs Black is going to the shopping mall. She's going to buy some milk and vegetables. Is Mr. Black going to the shopping mall, too? No, he isn't. He's going to stay at home. Look! He's reading a book.

Daming: Hello! Do you go to school every day?

Tony: No, I go to school from Monday to Friday

Daming: Are you going to run on sports day?

Tony: No, I'm going to swim.

Daming: What about your brother Tom?

Tony: He is going to play basketball

Daming: Where is he now?

Tony: He is at school. He is training.

Daming: Let's go and have a look.

Tony: Good idea.
