Milk is great, because it has a lot of calcium(钙). Calcium can help us grow taller and calcium is good for our teeth and bones. So we should all get into the habit of drinking milk. Then when should we drink milk? Breakfast is very important for a day's study and work. It's good to drink a cup of milk for breakfast in the morning. A cup of warm milk helps us have a good sleep. So drinking some milk in the evening is good, too. Adults(成人) need to drink as much as 300ml of milk, and children need to drink 500ml of milk every day. How much milk do you drink every day? Health always comes first in our life, so, let's drink milk every day!
