One day a rich man took his son on a trip to the country so he could have his son see how poor country people were.

    On May 28th, we observe World Hunger Day. It is an effort to focus attention on {#blank#}1{#/blank#}fact that despite there being enough food globally, some 21,000 people die every day from hunger.

    People do not go hungry because the world does not produce enough food for everyone. In one town in California, therapy dogs have become children's reading buddies. The dogs make a great audience. The children look forward to reading to the dogs, and the dogs love the attention.
