Bangkok is the capital(首都)of Thailand. It is very different from Shenzhen. There are many temples in Bangkok. It is hot all year round, so there are a lot of fruits. The most famous f fruit is durian(榴莲). There are many rivers here, so the market on the water is very famous. You can buy flowers, vegetables, fruits and other things on the boats.

  The best time to visit Thailand is at the end of March or the beginning of April, because it is the most famous festival in Thailand--Water Festival. It is the beginning of their New Year. Before the festival, people clean their house and cook nice food. During the festival, people sing, dance and throw water on each other. They think that water can clean away bad things and bring good luck.

  How in interesting it is!

可爱的猴子

    Look at those monkeys! How lovely they are! A mother and a baby are sitting on the hill. The mother is talking to its child. Some monkeys are jumping up and down. Others are swinging. I throw some bananas to them. One of them gets a banana. It runs away quickly and eats the banana behind the hill. I take photos of them. Suddenly I find two of them picking up stones. What do they want to do? Ha! They are talking photos, too.

    I had a good time last weekend. On Saturday morning, I {#blank#}1{#/blank#}hiking with my mother. We climbed the mountain and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} many pictures. For lunch, we {#blank#}3{#/blank#} fresh fish in a restaurant. On Sunday morning, I played {#blank#}4{#/blank#} with my cousin Sam. In the afternoon, I went{#blank#}5{#/blank#} on the lake. It was fun!

    I have a dog. It's small. It's black. But it has two white legs. It has big ears and a short tail. It can dance.

    Simon and Daming are good friends. They are Chinese. But they are working in America. Sometimes they miss their families. So they always go to Chinatown. There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there. They go shopping and eat delicious food there. You know, Simon and Daming really miss China and they both like Chinese food.

    I'm Chen Jie. I am from China. My birthday is July 20^th. I usually get up early on my birthday. My parents and friends give me many presents. I don't go to school on my birthday, because I am on summer vacation. Usually I have a birthday party. We have a big dinner and eat a birthday cake and ice cream. We sing, dance, watch TV and play computer games at the party. In the evening, my family goes to the beach. Because it's usually very hot. I have a good time on my birthday.
