This theory suggests that a 20﹣minute visit to a park can help people feel better,according to the International Journal of Environmental Health Research. Whether you exercise or simply take a walk in the park,it can help you relax. Actually,it is nature that benefits(使受益) us.
How does nature have a good influence on our body and mind?Studies show that when we are in natural environments,our heart rate and blood pressure reduce. Also,being outdoors,seeing trees,hearing birds' songs,looking at the sky,and feeling in connection with nature help to lower people's stress,reduce anxiety and increase their confidence.
What can we do to connect with nature?In fact,nature is all around us.
