When planning your garden, first you need to decide what colors you will choose. Since the amount of sunlight is different from time to time in a day, think about how the garden will look in the morning, midday and early evening Here is some advice:

Should Garden (a garden without enough sunlight)

You can choose light-colored plants to make the garden look brighter. You can use light pink, light yellow, pale blue or white flowers in your garden. You can still use dark colors in the shaded garden, but be sure surround them with light-colored plants.

Full Sun Garden (a garden with enough sunlight)

It's better to grow bright—colored flowers, such as red, orange and bright yellow. Your garden area will surely look more beautiful and stand out (突出) in the sun.

You will need to decide what colors work together, too. Different color groups have different effects on your garden. Here are some interesting color combinations (组合).

Red+ Yellow create a bold, exciting effect. They remind you of heat and warmth.

Blue+ Purple are cool colors that look wonderful in shade. They give you a peaceful feeling and make feel relaxed. But make sure to use this color in front of a light background.

White +blue are always seen everywhere. It's easy to find this color group. There are many plants to choose from that will make your garden light and cheerful.

When working with your colors, do not forget green. Green is good for your eyes. Green creates a good effect and lets our eyes have a good rest.
