Eating lots of vegetables is good for our health. Different vegetables can help our bodies in different ways. Eating carrots is good for our eyes. Carrots can help us see better at night. Do you want to have strong teeth? If so, you can eat some peas(豌豆). Peas have vitamin(维生素) K in them. Vitamin K is helpful to your teeth. Do you like tomatoes? They look nice. Doctors call tomatoes "healthy vegetables", because they can help you not to get cancer(癌症). They also have a kind of special vitamin PP. It can keep our skin(皮肤) healthy. So it is important to eat some tomatoes. Don't forget about spinach(菠菜). The spinach leaves have vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E. They help our bodies make red blood cells (血红蛋白).Vegetables are very important to us, but we can't only eat vegetables. We also need to eat other kinds of food to keep healthy.

Many families find it useful to write down some rules about what family members are expected to do. （A）    Every family member should know what is or isn't allowed. The rules can be stuck (粘贴) on the fridge. In this way,younger children can have a chance to read them. 

You can manage to make simple rules as soon as your child has language skills to understand them. Young children will need parents' support to follow rules. They need help to understand and remember the rules. You can give your child a hug if he does well. 

Rules are also helpful to teenagers. Instead of sticking the rules on the fridge ,it's a good idea to keep them somewhere a little more private. For example,teenagers can stick the rules on the walls of their bedrooms. 

Rules about safety are important to teenagers. Many people

There is a park near my home. But I don't go there very often. One afternoon, I went into the 1  and found it was very small. In the park there were two 2 ways. One was wide and clean, there were lots of beautiful3 on both sides, but the other was narrow and dirty, wild grass grew everywhere. I stood there for a while, at last I decided to follow the dirty way.

 Joe is an American. When Joe was born, he had a problem with his heart and doctors had to perform an operation(手术) on him. When he was 3, Joe had his second operation. This operation didn't go well and he even couldn't move the left side of his body. The doctors at the hospital didn't think he could get better. Then the family moved to Florida.

 Joe liked being in the water and his mother thought swimming could help him. First, they went to swimming pools in hotels, but some hotel guests didn't like them being there. Then one day she went with Joe to a place called Dolphin Plus, where people swam with dolphins. Joe met Fonzie, a 3-meter-long, 275 kilogram dolphin there and the story really began.

 Soon, Joe was eager to see Fonzie every day. He loved playing with him and feeding him. Every time Joe arrived, Fonzie came to see him right away. Joe's mother told him always to feed Fonzie using his left hand, so Joe used his left side more and more. Slowly, he got better and better.

 Joe's mother saw that Fonzie helped him a lot, and she knew it was a good idea for other people, too. So, she and her family worked to open a place called Island Dolphin Care. It's next to Dolphin Plus and many people with health problems come to spend time with the dolphins.

 Joe is now over 30 years old and very well. However, Fonzie died in 2004 when Joe was 17. Joe wrote:"Fonzie was a great friend to me; he and I shared a lot of good times. He always put a smile on my face when I was feeling down."
