In the beginning of the new term, our school organized military training. In the first three day, our instructor taught us how to walk and stood like a real soldier. On the last day of military training, we were honoring for our achievements. Through our efforts, they won the first prize. After the four-day military training, my classmates and I was expressed our thanks for our instructor's hardly work. He not only taught us how to behave like a soldier but also showed us meaning of honor or teamwork. Never will I forget that he taught me.

I am angry about the behavior of dishonest in exams. This doesn't mean I've never cheated. I once write the answers on my hand for a history test, but unluckily caught by my teacher. Because she was one of my most favorites, there were no words to describe what sorry I felt at that time. I thought cheat would help me keep my straight A. Little I know that I was hurting not only me but also my teacher. From this lesson I know our teachers want their students to succeed by learning with their own and do the best they can, not by cheating.

It was a sunny day today and I went to Xishan Park for a spring outing. The moment I entered in the park, a variety of beautiful flowers and green trees come into sight. Attracted by the beauty, I couldn't stop taking photo. As I wandered along the path, enjoy the beautiful view, I noticed something unpleasantly. Two schoolgirls jumped the fence to pick flowers. Obviously they didn't realize that their behavior had done great damage on the beauty of the park. Without delay, I went up and stopped them politely. Quite embarrassing, the two girls came out immediately. Then we took pictures outside the fence. Seeing that, I smiled and something looked nicer in my eyes.

As a saying go, “Pressure is another form of motive power”. However, many people can't deal with pressure in an appropriate way so that they become more anxiously. Seriously, it may cause many terrible personal problem. But how can you deal with pressure? To, begin with, anybody has pressure, but you should accept the pressure. If you are in deep pressure, you can distract your attention by doing some interested things like running, crafting or listening to music. Secondly, you should talk to family members and friends to reducing the stress, maybe they can give you some practical advice. Thirdly, you are need to learn how to self-adjust, that is the most effective way to help yourself. In word, pressure is an inevitable part of your life. You are supposed to make the most of it to promote ourselves.

Today, millions of people want to learn or improve their English. Which is good, to study in Britain or in your own country?

The benefits of going to Britain seems obvious. You will listen to the language all the time, surround completely by the language wherever you would go and have to speak English if you are with the local people. In China, there is always possible to speak Chinese in class and the learning is slower. Besides, there are also advantage of studying at home. You don't have make big changes to your life. And of course, it's much cheaper than going to Britain.

In my view, for most people without enough money, being at home is their only choice. A most important thing to do in this situation is make good use of your opportunities—speaking only English in class and using English whenever possibly outside the class.

One day, Dad and I was taking a walk by the lake while a boy rode by at a very high speed. Suddenly, we heard the loud scream. We turned around and saw the boy struggling in the lake, crying out help, Daddy and I ran towards him quickly and had pulled him out of the water. However, the boy rode away immediate without saying "Thank you". I felt disappointing at his behavior. To my surprises, the boy came back with hot drinks and dry towels several minutes late. I am very glad to hear of you. Knowing that you are interested in the Ancient Poetry Recitation Contest being organized by our school, I am very pleasing to tell you more details about it.

The contest was hold in our school gym from Oct.7th to Oct.10th, aiming to arouse our enthusiasm for the Chinese traditional culture. So fascinating and interesting the contest that a lot of students entered for it. The contest included reading and reciting and I participated in all. I have had a deeper understanding about the ancient poems but I am motivated to improving my writing ability.
