As middle school students, we should not only know how to protect (我们自己), but how to (提供)a hand to people who are in trouble. Zhang Qiang is just the boy who can help himself and others. Zhang Qiang is a (残疾的)student. There is something  (有毛病) with his left leg, but he never thinks life is unfair, (反而）, he never gives up.

    He often (志愿)to help others on weekends. For example, he tells stories to those(孤独的)old people in the old people's home. He(募集)money for poor people. He buys toys for sick children to cheer them up. Although it's difficult for him to walk, he keeps on doing so to be (强壮的). He always tries his best to (依靠)on himself and help others.
