Success is often considered to be the opposite of failure. To teenagers, it is the achievement of a goal or completion of something they really need, such as good grades or the ability to get on well with others. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} However, now they care more about their moral(道德的)education and character-building.

When talking about the Chinese food going abroad, you can't forget River Snail Rice Noodles, or Luosifen. It is one of the most popular snacks in Liuzhou City, Guangxi province. The dish is famous for its strong smell. Do you know how to make Luosifen?

The first step is to prepare some rice noodles, river snails and different kinds of ingredients. To make it, firstly, people should soak (浸泡) the rice noodles in water until they are soft. After that, wash the river snails and make soup. When the rice noodles and the soup are ready, then boil rice noodles with sour bamboo shoots (酸竹笋), dried tofu skin, fresh vegetables and peanuts in river snail soup. The taste mostly comes from the sour bamboo shoots. This ingredient gives Luosifen its unique taste. "Without the sour bamboo shoots, Luosifen will lose its soul (灵魂)," some people say.

In the 1970s, Luosifen was just a cheap street snack in Liuzhou. People outside of the city knew little about it. It became an intangible cultural heritage (非物质文化遗产) of Guangxi in 2008. Four years later, a popular Chinese food show, A Bite ofChina, made Luosifen known to the public and then it became a household name, from then on, Luosifen has become popular around China.

Now more and more Luosifen restaurants are opened not only in the big cities in China, but also in many foreign(外国的) countries like the US, Australia, Germany and so on. People can also buy instant (速食的) Luosifen online on apps such as Taobao and TikTok, You can enjoy Luosifen wherever you like.

Since the beginning of this term, primary and junior high schools in Shenzhen have carried out a new measure(措施) to make sure that students have daily PE classes. Shenzhen is the first city in the country to require schools to provide daily PE classes for students at the compulsory(义务的) education level.

Buxin Primary School in Luohu District uses a"3+1+1" model, which includes three regular PE classes, one music- based exercise class, and one sports game class. As a result of the new measure, the number of PE classes at the school has risen to 200.

The number of PE teachers isn't enough for all the new classes, so the school has to ask teachers of other subject s to give some of the PE classes. Liu Xunhua, a Chinese teacher at the school, has taken on the role of a part- time PE teacher." Everything is for the students' health, and we support the new measure," Liu said.

Yuan Yinuo, a sixth grader from the school, believes sports activities help reduce stress,   especially considering the pressure graduating students are under. However, some parents are concerned about the reduced learning time of other subjects though they agree on the importance of daily PE classes.A physics teacher who has been working in Shenzhen for over 20 years has the same worry. He made a comment online," Adding daily PE classes is a good thing, but it's hard for me to complete normal teaching tasks because some of my classes have been replaced by PE classes."

In a reply, the city's education authority (官 方 ; 当 局) said schools can independently decide the number of weekly class hours and the time of each class for each subject, and that schools can also reasonably arrange(安排) the courses of each subject.

Touching China is a TV program on CCTV played once a year. It first appeared in 2003. Tenrole models were praised in the program for their moving stories and great achievements for our society. 

Wu Yuren, a 74-year-old physics teacher from Tongji University in China, was among them. She won the award for her efforts to share knowledge through short videos. By the end of 2023, Wu's popular physics experiment videos had caught over 5. 2 million fans' attention. 

In her short videos, she often wears a coat with several pockets and takes magical "toys". She uses them as teaching tools. She is able to make use of these everyday objects to explain physical questions in a simple way. 

"I made these videos to make young people curious about common life. And I hope they can use everyday tools to experience the fun of discovering the truth of science, "Wu said. 

Wu has been spreading physics knowledge actively for 16 years. She said children's interest in doing experiments made her keep making videos. To guide students to put interest into experimental research, Wu is going to put up online courses as well as short videos.
