As we know, food gives us  {#blank#}1{#/blank#}  . We must have {#blank#}2{#/blank#}  food to keep us  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} . Of course, we must also have the right {#blank#}4{#/blank#}   of food. We should eat more   {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  and vegetables but{#blank#}6{#/blank#}   meat. Different foods help us in different  {#blank#}7{#/blank#} . If we eat too {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  or too much food, or if we {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the wrong food, it can make us  {#blank#}10{#/blank#}  .

    Remove distractions(使注意力分散的事物)

    Computers on, music on, text messages receiving······Whitehead says if students aren't doing research,they should turn off all the above electronics,and focus on the task at hand for a set period of time.They'll find that it is e{#blank#}4{#/blank#} to concentrate and that homework takes less time.

    Think actively

    Last Sunday morning, my daughter and I went to the cinema{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. Sun Cinema is {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to our homes than other cinemas. So it only {#blank#}3{#/blank#} us 10 minutes to walk there. We saw a movie called “Turbo”. I think it's the most {#blank#}4{#/blank#}movie I know. It tells that a little snail(蜗牛) made his dream come true by {#blank#}5{#/blank#} really hard. After we got out of the cinema, we went to a restaurant to have a meal, the food is really delicious and it has the friendliest{#blank#}6{#/blank#}. In the afternoon, we went to the park. It's {#blank#}7{#/blank#}in the park because a lot of people came here for fun. Luckily, we found {#blank#}8{#/blank#}quiet by the lake to have a rest. It's very{#blank#}9{#/blank#} to sit there, drinking tea, listening to Mp4 and reading our magazines. Then we went boating in the lake.

    On our way home, I asked my daughter, “Did you enjoy {#blank#}10{#/blank#} today, Maggie?” She smiled and said “yes”

    As Grade Eight students, we are very busy. Every day we have to {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a lot of time finishing our homework, so we don't have much time to develop (发展) our hobbies. But each Wednesday afternoon we have a free {#blank#}2{#/blank#} at the end of the day. In this class, we can do what we like. So every Wednesday morning we look forward to the end of the last lesson.

    It was Wednesday. The last class was over. All of us were very {#blank#}3{#/blank#} and ran out of the classroom. Rope jumping was Lucy and Lily's favorite sport. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} wanted to take part in the rope jumping competition. So they practiced (练习) it again and again so as to win the competition. Tom and Jim's dream was to be runners. They ran very hard so that they could {#blank#}5{#/blank#} their dream come true. John and Sam just wanted to relax themselves. They were {#blank#}6{#/blank#} games. I like reading best of all. So I took out a book and enjoyed it under the tree. As for our teacher, Mr. Li, he stood in front of the teaching building, looking {#blank#}7{#/blank#} us and helping us when necessary.

    All of us joined in different activities. We really had a good {#blank#}8{#/blank#}. How we wish we can have this kind of class every day!
