Boys and girls,

    To make better use of the books we have used but no longer need them, we've planned to set up the book bank. We can recycle books and magazines that is in good condition in an effective way, thus avoided unnecessary waste. Meanwhile, the notes in our books can help another students learn their lessons efficiently than before. What's equal important is that, by using the recycling books, a lot of money can be saved.

    My mom is a volunteer in a public hospital. She serve dinner every day to the people waiting for their relatives outside hospital. One day, she asked me to help her of volunteering. At first, I didn't want to, and in the end I gave in to her. Certain, I went there unwillingly. The much food we gave, the more people would come. Looking at people's smiles, especially those from children, was amazed! That made me to feel glad for being there. I realized that happy is not only about receiving, but giving as well. Since then, I had kept volunteering every week.

    When I was little, my parents would read me some fairy tales before I sleep, I fell in love for books and I couldn't sleep if my parents missed that part. Thank to my parents, books have been part of my life. Some people educate their children to reading more books. They expect their children to make many money when they will grow up. But my parents just want me to enjoy reading. The more I read, greater joy I get from the books. Reading books also bring me some skills to solve problems in life. I know the ways to adjust myself but then face life positively, especial when I'm in low spirits. So I'll continue to read books.

    Recently campus safety has become public concern since a series of violent attacks happened, which causes serious damage. It makes us aware of the fact that safety should always come firstly in our daily life.

    In this case, we should take effective measure which can solve this problem. Firstly, we students should realize we must follow our school or traffic rules, and pay attention to food safety, many incidents happen just because of we are too careless. Secondly, you should take training of security so that we can keep calm if faced with conflicts. Thirdly, our government and schools should provide surroundings that our students can be buried in studying.

    As far as I am concerned, improve campus safety is very important that we all should try our best to make everyone on campus safe and sound.

    In most cases, the very first thing that we ask for when visit a cafe or friend's house is the WiFi password. It's almost like the internet has become one of your basic needs. And according to technology website Digital Trends, up to 60 percent of people in the world still didn't have an internet connection. The situation is even more worse in the least developed countries—only one tenth of the people has regular access to the internet. That's why in the recent survey in the US, 68 percent of the respondents think of internet access to a privilege instead of a human right.

    However, the United Nations made this clear in a report back in 2011 that it believes internet access should be a human right, and it "should be a priority (优先考虑的事)for all states" to make sure everyone has access to the web.
