    The best advice I received in my childhood was from my dad. He always gives me some advice, but I seldom took them seriously. One day he was encouraged me to participate in a speech competition. So I signed up and after the competition, I did my best to be full prepared. But the moment I stood on the stage, I was such nervous that my mind completely went blank. The experience of lose a competition was really painful. Then, my dad said, “My son, life is like battlefield. You have to lose many time to win the final victory.” Thanks for his advice, I never give up when I do anything.

    Today is an excellent day for small improvements. It is no need to make a huge change, just a small one, something you can probably to do right now. Consider the work you do each day and thinking about how you can do it just a little bit better.

    On a marathon race, each step the winner takes is just a little bit long and faster than each step taken by the others. That small difference add up in a big way.     Last Saturday I had a trip to a new opened park, called Grangfulin Relics Park. When I got there I found that the environment was perfect and that there was various birds flying around. That attracted me most was the strange building. It looked like a flooding house, the roof of which was above the water, and indeed it's “body” was under the water. People could get there by going down the stair. In the building there was an exhibition which was very much great, for there were plenty architectural models and exhibits.

    In a word, this park is a place worth visited again.

    When the dog named Judy spot the first sheep in her life, she set off racing after the sheep across several fields, but fell off cliff. His owner Mike panicked and called the police, who turned up in second. Six volunteers slid down the cliff under the help of a rope but didn't find Judy. For the next two weeks, Mike was felt heartbroken. Then, one day, the phone rang but the police said they had found her at chance. The dog had initially lain unconsciously, but survived by drinking fresh water. "It was because of a plentiful supply of water which the lucky dog survived." The police added.
