Look! People are gathering to get water from a huge well in the village of Natwarghad in the western Indian state of Gujarat! ①Because of the large population on the earth, the world is ________hungry, it is ______be thirsty for water now. The world's population has reached 7 billion. And it could possible grow to 15 billion by the year 2100.

    ②On the other hand, about 97% of water on the earth is sea water which we can't drink or use for watering plants directly. Man can only drink or use the other 3% of fresh water which comes from rivers, lakes and underground. And we can't even use all of that, because some of them has been polluted.

    Now more water is needed. The problem is: can we avoid a serious water shortage later on? Firstly, we should all learn how to save water. Secondly, we should find out the ways to reuse it. Today, in most large cities water is used only once, but it can be used again .Even if every large city reuse its water, still there would not be enough. What could people turn to next?

    The sea seems to have the best answer. The sea is very big. Look at the map of the world, there is more sea than land. It covers three quarters of the earth. All that needs to be done is to get the salt out of the sea water. Scientists are trying to find a cheaper way of doing it. So you see,③如果我们可以找出解决方法，我们就不会有干涸（dry up）的危险。

    But is it healthy to be this interested in other people's private life?{#blank#}5{#/blank#}Not everyone prefers such shows, including the first winner of Big Brother, Bart Spring. He said he wasn't a fan of the programme or of people becoming famous for being stupid.

    Hackers know how to take information from other computers and put in false information by using a mode. They join their computers to others' secretly. School headmasters and teachers are worried about hackers, so are the police, for some people even take money from bank computer accounts and put it into their own ones. And they never need to leave home to do it! They are called hackers.

    The aim of students who come to school is to study. But t0 study requires a right way, or you waste either the time or the money. The following are the ways of studying.

    The best time for reading is morning, because in the morning, the air is fresh and the mind is clear. For that reason, we can get good result.

    In studying we must have patience. If we have not known a text well, we must read it again. We should not read the next one until we have learned the first one.

    When we are studying, we must put our hearts into the book, or we can get nothing from the book while we are reading.

    We must always ask "whys". If it is not well understood, write it down and ask our teachers or our parents, or friends. In any possible way, we must know it completely and what we've learned can be used well and made better.

    Though there are many ways for studying, yet the above mentioned will be quite enough if we can keep them in heart and do so.

    Can dolphins talk? Maybe they can't talk with words, but they talk with sounds.

    Dolphins travel in a group. We call a group of fish a "school". They are not fish. Instead, they are mammals (哺乳动物), Dolphins talk to other dolphins in the school. They give information. They tell others when they are happy or sad or afraid. They say welcome when a dolphin comes back to school. They talk when they play.

    They make a few sounds above water. They make many more sounds under water. People can't hear these sounds because they are very high. Scientists make tapes of the sounds and study them.
