It is believed in some ways that the daughter is father's lover. But my experience has taught me in a different way. For a long time my father has been a very vague figure(模糊形象)to me. He was a man of few words, tall but slim and nothing else.

When I was in primary school, my father was never there to pick me up, and he never came to any of my parent-teacher meetings. He was always busy doing projects. I remember when I was in middle school and my head was badly hurt in a PE class. During my operation my father was nowhere to be found. This hurt me most. At that moment, I considered my father as a cold-blooded man who did not care about me at all.

But things seemed different at my high school graduation ceremony where I was chosen to represent my class and give a speech. My father, once again, told me he had a business trip in a place outside the city and would be unable to show up(露面), "Don't come. I will be very nervous if I see you. "I told him.

I remember my speech went smoothly. After the ceremony was over and I was about to leave, I suddenly noticed a familiar looking man sitting in a corner of the hall. It was my father!I was so surprised that I rushed to him with tears running down my face. "Well done," he said. His eyes were also filled with tears.

Later, I found out that my father had managed to finish his work by staying up late, and he drove for eight hours to get back. He had been sitting in the corner because he didn't want me to see him. My father remembered every word in my speech.

For much of my life I described my father was a cold-blooded man who only cared about his work. But when I thought deeply about this, it was obviously not true. At my graduation ceremony, I could feel my father's deep love. The fact is that seeing is not believing, and seeing may not be the fact if we don't perceive(感知)the world with our hearts and minds. There's no doubt that life doesn't lack(缺少)love, but sometimes our eyes have trouble seeing it.

If you want to change your mood(心情) into a happy one, there are some suggestions(建议) on how you can get into a happy mood.

Watch a funny show or movie. This is a great way to divert(转移) your attention away from whatever is making you feel sad. A funny show or movie will also get you to laugh. Laughing will make you feel happier.

Do something you like to get you into a happy mood. For example, what gets me into a happy mood is getting a massage(按摩), going out to a new restaurant, hiking with some friends, making life goals and planning my next trip.

Listen to some happy music. Research has shown that music can help form our happy mood.  Listen to different types of music. Find out which music can get you into the happy mood.

Make a difference in someone's life. Help a stranger in need or simply ask your neighbors what you can do to help them. Doing something for someone else will not only make them feel happy but also make you happy.

Take care of your body. Sometimes if we don't eat, sleep or take care of our body, feelings of sadness will take over. So get 6-8 hours of rest. Eat three meals a day with snacks between them. Every day do some simple exercise. When you feel your best, getting into a happy mood will become easier.

Building a country is never easy. It takes hard work from generation (代人) to generation. But how about destroying it? A new report from The Guardian said longtime of climate change can do that, The report said Tuvalu will be the first country to be completely lost due to climate change.

Tuvalu is a Pacific island nation with nine islands and 12, 000 people. It has long been at risk from rising sea levels, Now, 40 percent of the area in its capital is underwater at high tide (潮水). By the end of the century, it is believed that all the islands will be underwater, reported Reuters, So many people in Tuvalu have often moved around the country and even to other countries.

To help with the problem, the country plans to build its country in the metaverse. The digital (数字化的) country will recreate the same landscape and keep its cultural and historical records, No matter where they live in the real world, the people in this country will have their new identity (身份) and " live " in its online communities. The government hopes to manage and serve them in cyberspace (网络空间).

This news made many people in Tuvalu excited. But Li Zuxi, director of the metaverse lab of Qingbo Intelligent Technology, said it may not be the best solution.

Though the digital nation belongs to Tuvalu, it's still built on a metaverse platform (平台), " said Li, "Now, the metaverse is not mature, which may bring some problems. " He gave us an example. If people from other countries enter the space of the digital country but just show their names, how do people know if they do or do not, truly belong to that country?Li added that instead of trying our best to build digital nations, it's better to pay attention to saving the real world now.

Have you ever seen bronzeware(青铜器)? It can be thousands of years old. A middle chool in Shanxi held a bronzeware show named Daxzling Memories ▲ . They were made by students!

Junior high school students from Taiyuan Middle School made more than 130 pieces of " bronzeware". The materials(材料) included recycled hard paper boxes. They cut the paper boxes into shapes and then covered them with bronze- coloured paint or clay. These "bronzeware" artworks looked so real that student visitors felt like they went back in history.

Li Danyu from Grade 7 made a set of chimes(编钟). He once watched a chime music show in Xi'an. The sound of this ancient musical instrument was so beautiful that he fell in love with it. For this reason, he decided to make one by himself. He said that the hardest part was to add the patterns(模型). He used paper to fold some special patterns, such as xiangyun and dragons, and glued them to the chimes.

Yang Zixing, in Grade 7, is crazy about Chinese ancient weapons(武器), so he made a halberd(戟). He tried hard to colour the halberd. He made the main body green, gold and blue and added some black to the side of the halberd to make it look real.

In this show, students not only showed their talents for art but also had a chance to enjoy the art and culture of ancient China.
