There are{#blank#}3{#/blank#}teachers and two students in the group. Look!{#blank#}4{#/blank#}is Mr White and he is from the UK. The woman near{#blank#}5{#/blank#}is Miss Green. She is from France. The{#blank#}6{#/blank#}man talking with our students is Mr Brown and he{#blank#}7{#/blank#}from Canada. The beautiful girl is from Japan.{#blank#}8{#/blank#}name is Judy. Look{#blank#}9{#/blank#}that boy. He looks shy. Is he a Japanese, too?{#blank#}10{#/blank#}, he is from Chinatown in New York. He is an overseas Chinese!

    I'm the only girl on a baseball team. You might think it is terrible but really it's fun. I love playing baseball. All of my {#blank#}1{#/blank#}are like family to me. We all support (支持) each other. For example, when I pick up my bat and get ready to hit during a big game, sometimes I get {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. But my teammates will pat (轻拍) me on the back and call my name. They call me "Big Mama". When I hear their voices, I feel confident. They're my friends, even if they are {#blank#}3{#/blank#} boys.

    I've been playing baseball for six years. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} coach is also my dad. We practise every day at the park near our house. My dad is strict and{#blank#}5{#/blank#} us to do our best.

    I take advice he gives me and bring it to my game. Last year, my team {#blank#}6{#/blank#} a championship (锦标). But it's not always {#blank#}7{#/blank#} winning. He also tells us to just smile and have fun. We love to get ice cream after practice. Every year, baseball brings me and my dad{#blank#}8{#/blank#}.

    Some people say girls can't play baseball. {#blank#}9{#/blank#} that doesn't get me mad. Instead, it makes me play harder. I want to be known for being a good {#blank#}10{#/blank#} , not just for being the girl. If you're a girl who wants to play baseball, I say go for it!
