Today we can see that many people are cutting down the trees in the forests. A lot of rich land has become deserts. Some scientists say that there will not be any great forests in 20 or 30 years.

While I {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (look) at the souvenirs, the shop assistant called the police. Before the police arrived, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} alien left the shop and then visited the Museum of Flight.  While the alien was in the museum, I called the TV station.     Since her husband died, Mrs. Jackson {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(live) alone in her big old house. The house was bought by her husband almost fifty years ago. For the sake of safety, her daughter has tried hard to ask her to sell the house {#blank#}2{#/blank#}buy a new and small one in the town .But Mrs. Jackson doesn't like the idea.
