      How's it going? Are you busy with your study these days?

      I've been back at school {#blank#}1{#/blank#} nearly four weeks. I'm very glad to tell you that great {#blank#}2{#/blank#} have taken place in our school this term. First of all, we're asked to "clean our plates" when having our meals and say {#blank#}3{#/blank#} to wasting. Some of us used to order more than what we could eat. That was a big waste of food. Now we need to {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the food we order. We should also stop wasting in some other ways. For example, we should turn off the lights when we {#blank#}5{#/blank#} the classroom. And our school has opened up some fields for us to learn how to grow vegetables. Each class is given a small garden and our class has decided to grow some tomatoes and beans (豆类) in our {#blank#}6{#/blank#} time. I think that'll be very interesting. Maybe I'll be able to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} you some beans we've grown by ourselves next time! What's more, we have only two classes in the afternoon {#blank#}8{#/blank#} we have more time for after-school activities. I'm one of the traffic safety volunteers in our school. After school, we take turns to go to the streets near our school and ask people to {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the traffic rules. I think we are having a different school life now!

There was a photo touching the hearts of thousands of people online. In the photo a baby is staying with David, also known as "ICU(重症监护室) Grandpa". 

Logan, the baby, had to stay in an ICU. His father was too busy with work. And Mary, Logan's mother, had an 8-year-old daughter to look after too. So Logan had to stay alone in hospital for some time every day. 

One day, when Mary got to the hospital, she found an old man was looking after her son. " He said he heard Logan crying and asked the nurse if he could sing him to sleep. Oh, this man is like an angel(天使)!" said Mary. 

David volunteered at the ICUs for years. On Tuesdays, he always spent time with older children. And on Thursdays, he stayed with little babies. 

But why ICUs?"In ICUs, there are always some serious things going on. I'm happy to have a chance to help those kids, " said David. "When I stay with them, I feel warm. It's so great. I really enjoy it. " What David did really meant a lot to parents like Mary. 

Sadly, David died at the age of 86. Slade, a nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, said she hoped that David's spirit would continue to provide some comfort for families in the future.
