    There were no classes this afternoon. My classmates all went to People's Park. They had

    After lunch Aunt Huang came in and she looked{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(worry). "Grandma is ill," she said, "I must take to hospital. But my baby, … I can't leave her by{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(her)."

    Mum and Dad were not at home. So I said, "Don't worry. I can look{#blank#}4{#/blank#}her."

    "Thank you, Ling Feng." Then she left.

    The baby was about ten{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(month) old. At first she was asleep. Half an hour later she woke {#blank#}6{#/blank#}and began to cry. "Don't cry," I said. I talked to her. But she looked at me and cried harder and harder. I turned on the radio. She stopped{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(cry) and listened to the music. After a few minutes she started to cry again. "Listen to me," I said. I started to sing. The baby watched and listened, and she{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(not) cry any more. Then I made faces and jumped like a monkey. The baby laughed and laughed.

    ★Return the care. There are times when a friend will lend you a textbook, or a shoulder to cry on. Be sure you are as helpful as your friend, because he will take notice and feel good you.
