How to Relax before Exams

    Many of us feel somehow nervous whenever we are taking an important exam.

At the first day of summer vacation, my mother told me excitedly that we would pay a visit to Marco the next day to cheer for my progress in academic study. When I got the good news, I felt on top of the world and could not hold back my high spirits. As I lay in bed that night, a mix of anticipation and delight welled up in my heart, and I slid into a dream-filled sleep, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the coming adventure.

Guided by prior knowledge that doorways can offer relative safety during seismic events, you sought refuge in the nearest one. As you huddled there, the fear was palpable, the ground's continuous shaking a stark reminder of nature's raw power.

Time seemed to stretch, each second an eternity, until finally, the earth settled. Cautiously, you emerged from your makeshift shelter, surveying the devastation that the earthquake had wrought. The once-standing edifices now lay in ruins, and in the distance, fires danced, casting an eerie glow over the landscape.

Recalling the survival kit stored in your vehicle, you made your way to the parking lot, hoping it would provide the tools and supplies necessary for immediate needs. Upon arrival, however, you were confronted with a harsh reality: your car, a symbol of escape and independence, was now a victim of the disaster, crushed under the weight of debris from a neighboring structure.

Alone but not defeated, you resolved to remain composed and think with clarity. Scanning your surroundings, you spotted a group of individuals huddled together for comfort and support. Joining them, you found a sense of community in the shared experience, a testament to the human spirit's resilience in the face of adversity.
