One morning during my second month ofthe art school, our teacher gave
quiz(小测验). I was always a hard-working student and I did well in all my subjects. So it seemed a piece of cake for me. I had finished the questions successfully and easily, until I read the last one: What is the name of the womancleans the school building every day?

Around four years ago, I received a call from the headmaster of my son's school. He asked me to speak to a group the next morning. After the call, I became afraid. Around one month later, I was {#blank#}8{#/blank#} to give a talk again. This time I was feeling comfortable. My speech was appreciated (赏识) {#blank#}9{#/blank#} both the headmaster and the teachers. They praised my efforts a lot.
After that, I became more confident when giving speeches. I learned that everything is {#blank#}10{#/blank#} if we have the courage to take the first step.
