How time flies! I will be a senior high school student this term. I am very excited and nervous. I feel nervous because I heard that it is difficult{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(study) in senior high school. I think I will meet many problems. But it's nothing serious, because I know if I work hard, I will be successful at last.

     On many campuses, it has become a trend for a host of students to participate in various {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(activity). Involved in some positive ones, students find them quite {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(benefit) and rewarding.

     A case in point is the English club {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the activity of learning benefits me most. In contemporary world, English learning has gained great popularity and it is {#blank#}4{#/blank#}great importance for students to learn English well.     I will never forget that at the age of nine I was asked to deliver a speech entitled A challenge in My Life before the whole class!

    You can imagine how{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(terrible)shy I was the moment I thought of that—with so many eyes{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(fix) upon me. I could do nothing but{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(prepare) for it, though. First, I was to draft the speech, which was just a piece of cake for me, a good writer. But the hardest part{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(lie)in my oral presentation from my memory, for to read from the paper was not allowed. The real moment began {#blank#}5{#/blank#} I stood on the platform with my legs trembling and my mind blank. But my {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (listen) were waiting patiently without any signs of rushing me. Gradually I found myself back, giving out my speech tongue-tiedly. After {#blank#}7{#/blank#} seemed to be a hundred years, I found my audience applauding…I made it! From then on, my fear of talking before {#blank#}8{#/blank#} big audience disappeared. Actually with my confidence building up, I now turn out to be a great speaker. Looking back, I know the greatest difficulty on our way {#blank#}9{#/blank#} success is our fear. Overcome it, {#blank#}10{#/blank#} you will be able to achieve your goals.

    We all make mistakes more than once. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(hope), we learn from them finally. We all have wishes that we can't make {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(come) true. We all make a {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (judge) of other people and then find out they are really nice people. And we don't know what difficulty they have gone through in life {#blank#}4{#/blank#}has made them who they are. We all get jealous(嫉妒的) of others even if we shouldn't. We should be secure enough in ourselves and our partners and we should be happy for our friends when they {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(success) in something.

    We are all humans and have human{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (feel). That doesn't make us bad people {#blank#}7{#/blank#}that's part of {#blank#}8{#/blank#}makes us human .We just have to remember: when we have bad thoughts we have to turn {#blank#}9{#/blank#}into positive ones.

    We all have to be{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(thank) for what we have. Be kind to yourself and others and you will be happy.
