    Everyone wants to find happiness. But sometimes looking for happiness can be as hard as looking for lost treasure. Just when you think you nearly reach it, something unexpected happens. This may puzzle(使困惑) you a lot. Here are some tips for helping you find happiness.

    Don't put all your eggs in one basket. If you depend, on one thing or one person to make you happy, it may be impossible. You need to enlarge your circle of friends and activities.

    Follow your heart. When we go against our own thoughts, we usually feel sad. Follow your strong feeling and let it guide you toward people and things that will improve your life. Day by day, you will be happier than before.

    Organize your ideas. Many people push away happiness when they think too much. Don't keep everything in head. Try making a list of the things that seem too big to manage on your own. You may find the list isn't as long as you thought. You can do most of the things by yourself.

    Look at your life as a whole. Most of the things that prevent us from feeling happy .are just some little things. Remember life is always going on, and whatever the little thing is, it will end.

    Remember your values(价值观). We all have a value system, a way we have decided to go through life, which makes us feel like a good person. The important thing is to remember your values when life becomes hard. Keeping your values strong will help create happiness.

    Happiness can be hard to feel at times, so don't think there is something wrong with you if you don't feel it. The ways above will help you to feel more of it.

    Which university would you like to go to in the future? It's not too early to think about it right now.

    Students at Hilltop School had a University Week at the end of last month. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} For instance, they designed a flag for a virtual(虚拟的) "University of Hilltop".

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#}He said he started the program to help students form their aims.  "University may not be for everyone, but we want the program to help students form their aims." He said.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Eric, a student in Grade 8, said, "University Week made me realize that university is only four years away. I should do research about where I want to go. "Paul, another student in Grade 8 said that he realized there were so many universities for him to choose. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    The school also invited people to give career talks. The first talk was given by Captain Brown, a policeman. He talked about how to choose a career way. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    "The program opened up the students' eyes." Said Mr Miller.

    I have ever been to many amusement parks in my country. But I have never been to a Disneyland Park. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}Disneyland is a special amusement park. It was built first in the US. There are six Disneyland Theme Parks in the world. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}China also has two Disneyland Parks. The others are in Japan and France. Shanghai Disneyland opened in 2016. I think this Disneyland will be more wonderful because of Shanghai's rapid development of modern technology. The Disneyland Parks mostly attract many children to play there. It's a great place for children to have fun. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} On the one hand, they can see the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck with their own eyes. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}My friend Li Ling went to Shanghai a few weeks ago.     Mr. and Mrs. Brown have a big house. The house has three bedrooms and two sitting-rooms. ①There are many trees near the house. They have two children. One is a son and the other is a daughter. The children like sports very much. The son has two baseballs and nine tennis balls. He likes playing tennis every day. The daughter has eight volleyballs and ten basketballs.     Lightning strikes happen when ice and water in clouds rub (摩擦) together, and cause atmospheric (大气层的) changes. When this happens, it creates a static charge (静电). Lightning can strike inside the cloud, between two clouds or between a cloud and the earth. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    Lightning can be very dangerous. Every year, lightning kills people because it can start big fires or because it reaches a temperature of 28,000℃. About 1,000 people are hit by lightning every year in the United States, and about 100 of them die as a result.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#}Scientists think that there are more than three million lightning strikes every day in the world. An American man, Roy Sullivan, who worked in a park, survived from the most lightning strikes. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}And he keeps the highest world record.

    Lightning is sure not something to play with. When lightning strikes, it's best to stay inside a large building. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}Also, do not lie down on the ground, or the electricity may go through you and cause a heart problem.
