    I used to be very close to my father when I was a child. Whenever I quarrel with my mother, I would turn to my father for comfort. As I got old, the gap between us began to grow, that made it hard for me to start a conversation with him. She had done so much for me but I always took for granted. A week ago, my dad gave me the ride home on his bike. I was so tiring that I fell to asleep against his back. Later my mother told me Dad was happy that we had not been so close for a long time. That day, I hugged Dad thankful with tears in my eyes.

    Last summer, I got a young pet dog. I named him with Max after my favorite toy robot. The next day, I called her like this: “Come here, Max!” Then he comes up to me. I told him to getting on the bed. Strange, he went to the bathroom. Although it was very hot, I thought that Max wanted to go for swim, so I put him into a pool.     In my childhood, my parents sent me to learn Chinese calligraphy. However, things are quite opposite to their expectations. Not only I get bored with hours of practice but also I doubted about the valuable of it. Nevertheless, when I entered high school, write calligraphy proved both essential or beneficial. It was at that time when I realized how important it is to master a certain skill.

    Judging from my own experience, I want to say a few word to those children who have a same trouble as I did. Do not refuse to learn a skill when young, as at the long run you will find them helpful.

    My favorite cartoon character is "Doraemon" creating by Japanese manga artist Fujiko F. Fujio. He was official given life in a factory on September 3, 2112. She is famous for the tools that come out of a fourth-dimension pocket on his stomach, and one of his most famous tool is "anywhere door" what allows people to travel anywhere they wish. After the cartoon debuted in December, 1969, Doreamon gained great popular rapidly. Now, he is also considered as the icon of Japanese culture both in home and abroad. In 2008, Japanese government appoints Doraemon as "anime ambassador" in the order to promoting Japanese animated cartoons.
