Unfortunately, three men died in a car accident. Soon they found themselves at the gate of heaven and saw God. Before getting in, God asked each of them the same question. If they could answer the question perfectly, they would be allowed to get into the heaven.

    "I'm sorry for your death," said God. "But when you are in your casket(棺材)and your friends and family are standing beside you, what would you like to hear them say about you?"

    Afraid of being refused, the three men were nervous. They thought for a while.

    The first man said, "I would like to hear them say that I was a great doctor of my time, and a great father to my children." Hearing this, God let him in.

    The second man said. "I would like to hear them say that I was a wonderful husband and school teacher who made a great difference to children." God agreed and let him in too.

      Then it was the last man's turn. He looked anxious and replied, "God, I have lots of things to do for my family and the world. So I would like to hear them say, 'Look! He's moving!' "

    He met her at a party. However, she never paid any attention to him. After the party, he invited her for coffee. In order not to be rude, she went along.

In a nice coffee shop, he was too nervous to say anything. Suddenly, he asked the writer, "Could you put some salt in my coffee?" The waiter and she looked at him in surprise. "Why salt with coffee?" she asked. "I used to live near the sea. Whenever I drink salty coffee, it reminds me of my hometown and my parents," he answered.

    She was touched. A man who is homesick(想家的) must love his home. So she talked with him a lot and slowly found she was just the man she was looking for.

    Later they married and lived happily together and every time she made coffee for him, she put in some salt. After 40 years, he passed away and left her a letter, which said, my dearest, please forgive my life-long lie. Remember the first time we met? I was so nervous that I asked for salt instead of sugar Dear, I don't exactly like salty coffee. But having you with me was my greatest happiness.

    My husband Jack and I went to visit a friend in hospital last week. Suddenly, Jack's mobile phone rang, it was my mother calling from my home. She asked if I had lost my phone. I checked my bag. It was gone!

I used Jack's phone to call my number. A boy answered it. "I found your phone in the mall!" he said, excitedly. "I'm Rhys. I have been trying to find you, but because it was getting late, I decided to leave." He gave me the address of a coffee shop near his home.

    Later that evening, I went to meet him there. I was afraid to go alone, worrying he was a cheater(骗子). So Jack came along. After driving 10km, we got to the coffee shop.

As soon as I saw him, my worries were gone. Rhys was just a young boy. "How did you tell my mum?" I asked. He explained that when he found my phone by the roadside, he started calling people in my contacts list(通讯录), starting with the letter A. He called Adam, one of my friends and Adam called my house.

    I was happy to get my phone back with all the phone numbers, messages and photos in it. I thanked Rhys and offered him some money, but he refused. He's really an honest boy.

    Bill was a boy of 15. His parents didn't care about him. Bill often slept in class and always failed in his exams. Neither his teachers nor his classmates liked him.

    One day, Miss Jones, a new teacher, came to Bill's class. She began her lesson. She asked a question. "I'd like the smartest boy to answer my question. ''Then she said loudly, "Bill, please!”

    Bill was surprised. And he stood up without a word.

    "Just try it! I believe you can!" She encouraged(鼓励)Bill.

    After school, Miss Jones had a long talk with Bill. She told him that she cared about him and believed in him.

    Bill thought a lot that evening. From then on, he worked hard and Miss Jones helped him with his homework in the afternoon. She even cooked for him.

    Later, Bill had another exam. He was very excited to pass the exam. A change took place in Bill's heart.
