Health and happiness are important in everyone's life. Here are some ways to make them easy.

Young people often feel unhappy when they are with their parents. They say that their parents don't{#blank#}1{#/blank#} them. They often think their parents are strict with them.

Do you feel down more often during the winter months? {#blank#}1{#/blank#} so, you might have winter depression. It's also known to doctors as seasonal affective disoder(SAD, 季节性情绪失调).
SAD usually starts in fall or winter and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} in spring or early summer. As the weather gets colder and the days get {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, you feel more tired, sleepy and even hopeless from time to time.
