    You asked me to tell you about TV programs here in Spain. Well, there are lots of reality shows (真人秀) and talk shows about {#blank#}1{#/blank#}people here. Soap operas are also popular, either Spanish soaps or the ones {#blank#}2{#/blank#} South America.

    My favorite program is a sports program. Its {#blank#}3{#/blank#}is Football Crazy in English. It's on Sunday. Spanish teams usually {#blank#}4{#/blank#}on that day. The program {#blank#}5{#/blank#}at 7:00 p.m. and finishes at 10:00 p.m. In fact, it is replayed (重播) at 11:00 p.m.,{#blank#}6{#/blank#}I don't watch it then. It's too late, and I have school the next morning.

    Like {#blank#}7{#/blank#} ，lots of people think Football Crazy is more interesting than other football programs. This program is really cool because it tells people what happened in all the {#blank#}8{#/blank#}that weekend. The best thing about the program is that it {#blank#}9{#/blank#}all the goals (进球得分) from every game in Spain.  Also, the hosts always have funny comments (评论) and they often find {#blank#}10{#/blank#} things to show.

    According to the traditional Chinese calendar, 2014 is the Year of the Horse. The horse is one of Chinese people's favorite {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Do you know what the horse represents in {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Chinese culture?

    In ancient China, horses were often associated（联系）with good luck. Horses {#blank#}3{#/blank#} safe and quick transportation for ancient Chinese. Sometimes a horse was more than a way to travel. Sitting on horseback at that time {#blank#}4{#/blank#} that the person was from a rich family. What's more, ancient Chinese didn't let horses do farm work. This was because horses could help {#blank#}5{#/blank#} win a war. Therefore, to Chinese people, the horse is not only a symbol of traveling, but also a symbol of {#blank#}6{#/blank#}.

    The horse also plays an important role in the Chinese traditional timing system（计时系统）. The "Horse Hour", from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, is {#blank#}7{#/blank#} wushi. During such a period of time in a day, the sun gives out lots of heat, which makes people have more {#blank#}8{#/blank#}. Therefore, the horse is always associated with warmth and passion（激情）.

    Besides, Chinese people believe people born in the Year of the Horse are similar to the horse as an animal in some {#blank#}9{#/blank#}. For example, horses are social animals, so people born in the Year of the Horse are said to be {#blank#}10{#/blank#}. Also, horse racing is still common around the world, partly because horses like to compete with each other. And that's why people born in the Year of the Horse are sometimes competitive.

    Our music teacher's {#blank#}1{#/blank#} song is Old Mac Donald Had a Farm. She is a good teacher and she is{#blank#}2{#/blank#} to us. We all love her. All of the children in our class love to sing this song. We like to make the sound of the animals.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} the chicken we make the sound "cluck, cluck". For the pig we make the sound "oink, oink "and for the duck we say "quack, quack,"

    One day our teacher {#blank#}4{#/blank#} us to draw a picture of what Old Macdonald's farm may look like. I {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  good at drawing pictures. First I drew Old Macdonald. He is a {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. Then I drew the farm animals. I even drew cows saying "moo"! Around the cows I drew grass for them {#blank#}7{#/blank#} I also drew a garden for Farmer Macdonald to grow{#blank#}8{#/blank#} for his family. {#blank#}9{#/blank#}I drew a house for Old Macdonald and his family to live in. The music teacher hung all of our pictures on the wall. She{#blank#}10{#/blank#} we did a great job!

    A headmaster is giving a speech about how to perform successfully in an interview to a new school.

    Interviews are held so that you can learn about the school and the school can learn about you. You should spend a couple of hours getting ready for the interview carefully. Then you will {#blank#}1{#/blank#} understand your questions better and get right answers on the day of the interview.

    First find out about the school. Read the school introductions and look at the school websites. Then think about yourself-your strong points and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} ones. Try to find a few examples you could give the interviewers.

    What else you want to tell the interviewer about yourself? For example, you might want to speak about your interests and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} outside school. These tell the interviewer what kind of person you are. Be ready to talk about why you enjoy them.

    Dress properly on the day. Arrive a few minutes early. When you first meet the interviewer, greet him or her {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. Don't forget to smile and make eye contact.  First impressions(印象) are very important. You want the interviewer to think you are {#blank#}5{#/blank#} and friendly.

    If you get nervous, take a deep {#blank#}6{#/blank#}to calm yourself down. Listen to the interviewer with great care. If you don't understand the question, ask the interviewer to repeat it. Last but not least, {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the interview, don't forget to thank the interviewer and say goodbye.
