First, they must eat regular(规律的) meals instead of too many snacks, and have a good breakfast. Then they should have many different kinds of food, such vegetables, eggs and milk. They can give you what your bodies need. Some students also like fast food, like McDonalds or KFC. They think they are delicious, but too much is also unhealthy. Third, they can't drink too many sugar(糖)drinks or eat too much fried food.
If they can do as the experts say, they will be healthier. They won't be at school. They will have enough energy.
