Best Way to Lose Weight – Dieting Tips

    How do you eat right to lose weight fast? You'll discover there are a great number of weight loss diets which promise to help you drop the pounds fast.

    Many weight loss diets are aimed at losing weight fast, but aren't necessarily healthy and won't create a long-term change for the better. That means you'll choose a diet which doesn't cut out any necessary nutrients(营养物). Most diets suggest that you stop eating fat or carbs(含碳水化合物的食物). You'll need to make clear of your own body type before making a diet plan. You might also need to try different ways before finding the best way.

    If you just need to shake a few pounds off, your plan won't be the same as one to lose weight in the long term. The best short-term weight loss plan will be stronger than the best long-term weight loss plan, but it shouldn't get rid of necessary nutrition. Your body will go into "starvation mode" and your metabolism(新陈代谢) will slow down. As a result your body will keep more weight.

    Spread out your meals evenly throughout the day. Any larger meals should be eaten earlier in the day. That gives your body more time and opportunity to burn calories. If you eat a lot before bed, those calories won't burn but become fat.

    Here are the lessons that my first swimming experience taught me about starting a business.

    Enjoy yourself. Yeah, I had a lot of fun at the pool.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} Starting and running a business should also involve an amount of fun. I don't mean you should not take things seriously.     Learning doesn't stop just because school does. Making a commitment to yourself to learn something new every day, you will not only enjoy what you discover, but you will be able to apply your knowledge and become a teacher to future generations. Here are some steps to become a life­long learner.

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#}Try many different things so that you don't box yourself into believing you're only good at a few things. It's probable that you're good at many things, but you won't know until you've tried. 

    Look at learning as an exploration and opportunity, not a chore (琐事).Don't just force yourself to learn things because they are important or necessary. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Follow your heart, as well as your sense of duty. Do you remember the 8th grade history that you hated so much, with all those names and dates that seemed to mean nothing? The point was to bring you to learn details now, which will knit chunks of information together later.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}   

    Read, read, read.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}Reading is a gateway into other worlds and into the minds of your fellow human beings. And reading will help you to learn the discoveries and mistakes of others who have gone before you; reading is, in effect, a shortcut so that you don't have to learn things the hard way.

    About a year ago, I had a terribly hurtful experience where a close friend spread untruths(谎言) about me.     Walk away and don't look back.

    Making the decision to leave a friendship can sometimes feel as hard as deciding to leave your marriage. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} But when that hole is open, you will soon realize that your close, real friends will close it quickly. I chose to walk away from a harmful friendship. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Certainly I don't miss the hurt and pain she brought to my heart. It's her loss, really, because I am a good friend.
