I can still remember the first day when I met my best friend Lisa. I hid（藏）behind my mother and she hid behind her grandmother, 1to look at each other. But soon, we started playing with each other. None of my new friends liked her as much as I did2 they knew she had" family problems". However, we always had great fun together. It was last year that I noticed the problem.     Travelling not only opens my eyes to the world but also makes me strong. I love travelling. I love hiking (徒步旅行) best. Last week, I 1 with my friends. It was a very famous place for its beautiful sightseeing, and all of us were very 2.  Jenny is a 13- year- old student. She knows it's important to stay healthy and she finds some easy ways to keep healthy every day.

 Every morning before school, Jenny starts her day with some exercise. She does easy exercise like jumping. Her home is not far from her school, so she always walks there, even on cold winter days. To stay active, she enjoys taking short walks around the school at school breaks. When she gets home, she spends some time outdoors, playing with her friends and running in the park near her house. She doesn't like to stay indoors soon after she gets home. In the evening, Jenny also practices yoga before she goes to bed. It helps her to sleep better.

 On weekends, Jenny loves going for bike rides with her family or taking walks in the park. Staying active not only helps her stay healthy but also gives her a break from schoolwork and cleans her mind for the coming week.

①Colours are everywhere in our life. They have different meanings in different countries. Red is very important in China. Chinese people think it is a colour of good luck and happiness. So in China, you can see many red things here and there. 

②In the New Year, Chinese parents always put some money in a red envelope named hongbao. They give it to their children because they hope they can be healthy. People also write some good words on the red paper called chunlian as good wishes for the New Year. 

③On birthdays, some Chinese people like wearing red clothes and eating red eggs. They hope they can be healthy and have a long life. 

④For Chinese people, red is not just the name of the colour. In fact, it's the colour of the Chinese spirit(精神).
